Post Covid menu was not the same amazing food. No seafood pots. The food was just okay. Best of luck with not opening the upstairs kitchen when the most amazing food was served.

We were expecting a nice seafood experience and it felt like cafeteria food served on individual plates. It is on every list because it is old but it is not for the food.

The oil that they fried our fish in was so old. It tasted burnt and bitter. The prices were not worth the quality.

Food was good...a bit pricey but it seems like you are paying for nostalgia. A bit of a tourist trap. Service was excellent and the place is definitely a museum. Did I enjoy it, yes. Would I go back...probably not.

This was a one and done for us. The staff was friendly and they did their best but it was very busy and they seemed under staffed. The food was fine but nothing to get excited about. It was a cool experience to eat at the oldest restaurant but one we won’t seek out again.
