My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Unfiltered Wine Bar, a new spot that came highly recommended by some friends. We're always looking for a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine or two, and Unfiltered certainly delivered. We were thoroughly impressed with the thoughtful appointment of the room; the decor strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. The ambiance was also fantastic—lively and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Beyond the atmosphere, their wine selection is truly amazing and very reasonably priced. We also wanted to commend the staff, who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, it's a wonderful spot to relax, catch up with friends, and have a good time. We will absolutely be back!

Finally an awesome new bar for wine lovers! The owners are super passionate and have a great wine list and tasty bar snacks (the beignets are to die for). The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable and gives helpful recommendations based on your preferences. Unfiltered is such a great addition to the Calgary wine scene and I’m excited to make this my go-to spot to try out unique wines that I otherwise would never get to experience. This wine bar is such a gem and I can’t wait to come back!

It's only been open two days. You can't have super high expectations. Wine was decent, and people were pleasant and nice. Service was okay, but new. The wine list was not too bad. It was just quiet/dead, and the burrata and crackers weren't great. Overall, it has potential and will likely become a decent spot in time. I'll go back, but in terms of wine bars, it has a lot to grow into if one wants a more chic vibe (but maybe they don't want that). I resist giving it a bad review because it's new. I hope it grows, and I see the vision--I will go back even if just for the convenience and wine.

Spent a fantastic evening here with my wife! Our server was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and really added to the experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were working the floor and happy to chat. It was inspiring to hear about all the work they’ve personally put into the space, right down to the tiling and grotting on the walls. The wine list has a great European focus, and the small food bites pair perfectly. The grain-based bubbles are a fun and unique touch! Looking forward to watching this place grow and evolve—we’ll definitely be back.

Unfiltered is such a fun new spot to try out, I love a wine bar and we really needed one in this area. The menu has only delicious wines and they’re at great prices. Our server was so incredibly sweet and we will absolutely be back!

We had a great time on opening day. I enjoyed 2 juicy glasses on our server's recommendation and my partner switched it up with a white and a NA mix. Delish and not too sweet. I loved the thoughtful list of bar bites. The olive selection was beautiful and the baby red peppers were numnum. I could eat a tray just of those. We went at 3 pm and it was a perfect way to kick off a summer evening. We'll be back!
