We’ve teamed up with Sydney’s beloved Brickfields Bakery to serve a bold, flavour-forward twist on the traditional — think tea-inspired cocktails and baked treats made to match. Expect scones with cheddar, chilli & olive, orange blossom semolina cake, custard and date tarts, and a delicious take on a white chocolate lamington — each paired with custom gin cocktails curated just for the day. No doilies. No fuss. Just good drinks, good food, and good company. Kids are welcome too, with a special menu available for $30pp. Please let us know if any under 18's will be attending in your booking notes.
