   Great decor for the tiki bar and tasty drinks. The from the bar was pretty slow though it didn’t feel like there were many orders. It took my friends about 30 minutes to get 2 drinks, that said we weren’t in that much of a rush.

   945pm reservation on Friday night. Took about 5-10 mins to confirm our reservation at the entry with security but no major issues. Took at least 10-15 mins to get table service but service was timely after we placed our drink order. Our bill for the drinks was brought to the table a good 5 mins before we had our drinks. Few mins after our drinks were served we were asked to go ahead and pay the bill since we decided not to open a tab (but were still welcome to stay in our reserved table). We didn't plan to stay long but since table service took a while to greet us we didn't think a tab would be good idea. They were out of 3 cocktails we discovered after looking thru the drink menu and trying to order one of them. We enjoyed the ambiance of the setting. We try to make it once a season for the Christmas setup.

   Miracle in 2nd Street night. Drinks were fabulous and in some awesome glasses! Noise level was very high, but part of the holiday season. Wish they would have done some music and sing-a-longs.

   Greet staff very very unwelcoming. Reservation made weeks in advance, was given a seat in a secluded booth in the hallway. Security guard greeting before entry very weird for a small town bar. Overall really poor experience. Won’t be back.

   Reserved for 4 and didn’t have seats for 4. Waitress said she could NOT bring over another stool. Three people sat awkwardly on a bench. We were unable to visit well. Disappointed

    Definitely check out the bar during Christmas time when it's decked out for the holidays. The drinks are small but strong, and the mixed are unique. Great place to hang out on the square.

    Really enjoyed all the festive decorations and themed cocktails! Since there is a full service restaurant right upstairs, it would be great to have more apps / small plate offerings. Charcuterie board was good but really need to precut things to be bite sized, provide more toasted bread, and/or provide cutlery.

    We’ve been to the Miracle pop up for several years now, this year was not a good experience. We had poor seats where our waiter was handing drinks over our heads to serve the people sitting next to us because there was no space to get by. We had an hour and fifteen minutes (with a group of 2) but the hostess kept coming over to tell us we had 20 minutes, 15, 10 and then 5 minutes left…which ruined our remaining time. We had to ask for our check even though the hostess was pushing us out and our waitress hadn’t been back the entire time unless we flagged her down. We really like undercroft, the drinks are delicious and the food is always exceptional. But last night was an extremely poor experience. One of the worst evenings out that I’ve ever experienced.

    My friends and I always enjoy this outing at Christmas time! The place is decorated really cute and nice. Drinks are pricey, but we like a few of the choices. Our server wasn't very friendly or enjoyable, but at least we enjoyed each other's company!

    The inside looked amazing and the service was good, but the value was not. The insanely high price of the drinks was not warranted for the quality. They were good, but not worth the price. You are paying for the ambience more than anything.

    We were very underwhelmed by Undercroft. We had a reservation which turned out not to be a table but two uncomfortable chairs with a small side table. The decor and overall atmosphere was fun but hard to enjoy feeling crammed into a small space. We received no silverware or napkins with our small plates. Our server was good, but I think spread too thin. We went on a Wednesday night. I can't imagine a weekend!

    Drinks and atmosphere were great but when we are given a time limit at our table, I would have hoped that service would be prompt and table checks frequent. We didn’t get greeted by a server for 15 mins and it took another 15 mins for our drinks to arrive. That trend continued throughout our visit only allowing us to have 2 drinks each the entire time we were there. At the end of our visit I had to track down our server to get my check and it and have it adjusted to take off the drink we never received. I’ll be back but hopefully with a different experience.

    We made reservations for 4 people and they tried to seat us in the booth that looks like it’s for 2. They kept telling us it was really for 4 people. All other booths only had 2 people. We were like no we are not sitting in a booth for 2 with 4 people. I would have been very cramped and uncomfortable

    We had so much fun checking out the Halloween event at Undercroft. The decorations and themed drinks were fun! The music was on theme until the band began. It was good music but it just didn't match the event.

    The drinks and service were great. We were hoping for something more with the popup bar. We assumed the workers would be dressed up to match the theme. We also feel it would be more entertaining if guest were in costumes (didn’t have to be theme related). Glad I experienced it but won’t go out of my way to attend the popup bar.

    This was a very great experience! My only complaint would be how slw the food came out. We ordered a charcuterie board and it took about 40 minute to get to our table. By then, we only have about 20 minutes until we had to give our table up for the next reservation.

    Did not take our special request. We would have stayed longer but my husband is hearing impaired and we were set in the center of the bar and he couldn’t hear me we were celebrating 25years. We even ask about moving when a side table came available and the hostile hostess said no they were taken even though we had a drink and no one was seated there. We will not be back. I have always wanted to eat at the preacher Son and he will not even take me there now.
