Under Wraps is the first and only sushi restaurant established in Pleasant Grove, UT. We are known for our modern twist on traditional Japanese food and authentic style handrolls and sashimi. Under Wraps is inspired by traditional Japanese cooking, which combines both simple and classic flavors. Our well thought out dishes are evidence of this. Choose to dine at our countertop bar or in our dining room, receiving a one on one experience from each of our servers. All while being captivated by our ocean and anime murals, hand crafted cocktails, mocktails, and exquisite dishes. Create an even more fabulous experience by booking our VIP room that hosts up to 8 people, blocked off by shogi screens, enjoy the comfortable seats, live edge walnut table, and Japanese Murals.
Under Wraps was created by Hannah and Skyler McCallson and who met while working together at a sushi bar in Denver. Chef Skyler's mission is to provide high quality ingredients with an enjoyable, and relaxing atmosphere.

As usual the food was excellent, as well as the service and atmosphere! One of our favorite places - be sure to get the cauliflower!
