在unDer lab以調酒為主角貫穿『風味酒單 Cocktail Tasting Menu』，隨著季節變化推出套餐式餐酒搭seasonal menu，私廚式的貼近侍酒；每款風味調酒之間，穿插小食搭配。

每3-4個月更換季度主題：menu 承載了季節和土地的風味，透過食材的靈魂與味蕾對話，將意象放入杯中，每一道體驗都是玩味。

不斷跳耀於各種可能的空間，實驗著場域的適性，隨可變的空間與感受，傳達風味。

整體的視覺還有環境氛圍營造的很有感，每杯調酒都拉滿氛圍，好像也會有一些不定期推出的隱藏酒品，期待二訪時的新酒單

Great cocktails - super interesting flavour combinations (we tried about 11 cocktails on the menu and a couple off), wonderful service and while a small list of bar snacks - all very good items. Highly highly recommend for a visit, we had the best time sitting at the counter and interacting with the staff

This is the second time visiting the bar. The menu is no much different but the taste remains at a top quality. My friends also love the atmosphere and experience here.

Drinks were really nice, creative thinking with the tea, well executed, overall very nice cocktails. But you are in a hospitality business, so many staffs, yet not 1 single smile. On the contrary, strong push to deliver ASAP everything to the table, unpolite reminder that our table has to be free 25 minutes on beforehand !! Sadly, overall disappointment.
