   Food was excellent. Seating was uncomfortable for one guest due to the narrow bench space created by a jutted out wall. We were unable to be accommodated in a more appropriate spot. The server was pleasant but unskilled and constantly coming back to the table to interrupt. The plates were cleared before everyone at the table were finished eating and we were informed of our time limit and the need to have the table for the next reservation long before the time and the entire experience seemed rushed. It is nice to have reasonably quick service but not good to feel pressure.

   Kiki was our server and she was beyond amazing!!! We came for my boyfriends birthday and had such a lovely evening. Everything was spectacular from service to drinks to food. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a lovely night out.

   What a great spot. Ryan was an amazing host, reco on point. Thai tar was amazing, house special (duck breast on truffle gnocci) was to die for and the avocado cheesecake was delicious. This is a new favorite on the strip

   our table was ready when we arrived, Ryan introduced himself explained the menu took our drink orders. Gave his opinion as to our choses to what we wanted for appetizers & meal . All our food came hot & served to the five of us at the same time. Everything we ordered was extremely delicious & satisfying. Before leaving we spoke of what to try for our next meal.

   It was an hour before we were able to be seated but the staff handled it in the best way possible and we were able to enjoy some drinks before ordering our food. The food was amazing, great flavors and the drinks were beautifully done.

    We sat at the bar so a bit of a different experience. The bartender was friendly and accommodating however once the restaurant began to pick up he was not as attentive because he was non-stop making drinks. So while he was doing his job I feel like maybe the restaurant manager or like a head waitress could have picked up the slack in terms of clearing our plates or bringing the bill. It felt like we waited a long time for this. The food was quite good. My husband ordered the wagyu but they were sold out, odd as it was early in the evening and since we were sitting next to the kitchen we could hear the orders being called out and heard the wagyu several times. So we both ordered the lamb hibachi which was served on a literal charcoal hibachi. Fantastic presentation. While they provided a separate knife for the dish, it still wasn’t sharp enough so I had to fight to cut my food, and since we were sitting at the bar, which was marble, my plate kept sliding. So better or sharper knives would have helped. The sides were some greens and grilled squash. Both required salt but overall I enjoyed my meal. I would go again.

    This was our first visit to Undefined and we weren’t disappointed. The food was excellent. We had the Wagyu Steak, Hanger steak, pork belly and the lamb hibachi. They were all cooked to perfection, delicious and the presentation was outstanding. Compliments to chef Matt! Our server Kate knew the menu well and made great recommendations. Service was timed perfectly. We also had four desserts all of which were fantastic! All of the staff, including Mike and Ryan were friendly and attentive! Definitely worth the drive from Toronto! We will be back!

    Apps and dinner were great. Craft beer and specialty cocktail selection were great. Only downside was slow service. Apps came out without napkins or silverware. After waiting for 5 minutes I grabbed them from the hostess booth myself rather than eating cold food.

    Waiter was fantastic, the food was great other than one dish the mushroom agnolottie? It tasted very earthy and more like baby food with almost zero salt and not much flavor other than the mushroom. I would definitely go again though.

    Everything was absolutely amazing. From the service to the food was outstanding. I’ve been to a few restaurants around Ontario and this one was the best, especially with flavour! Ordered the Japanese Scallops and crispy Skin Pork Belly along with the Wagyu beef and it was marvellous! First time eating here and would definitely go back and recommend to anyone! 5 Stars for me!

    The indoor seating is very loud and crowded. Outdoor seating is much nicer, except there is a possibility to rain. The service is extremely slow. Waited one hour before served any food. Recommend to order an appetizer/snack besides the main, so you are not too hungry when main shows up.

    Had a lovely birthday dinner with my friends at Undefined. Then service was excellent. The oysters were yummy - they come on an elevated tray and the height was not ideal / blocked our views when conversing so we removed it - just a tip for the restaurant. :)

    We were excited to come celebrate a birthday based on online reviews and the menu. We enjoyed our appetizers very much. However, our mains were a bit too salty for our taste - that being said, the food was still good and flavourful. The presentation itself was fantastic. Our server was friendly and we enjoyed her very much. The host was also very accommodating in giving us a patio seat since the weather was so nice outside.

    It's a young crowd. It was pretty loud so hard to have a group conversation. Everyone (5) enjoyed their meal although I wouldn't recommend the shishito peppers. The portions are plentiful. Wine List isn't very good.

    Our party shared a variety of “snacks”. All were delicious. A member of our party had a food allergy and the staff were very accommodating in providing a safe food environment. The mains Tokyo style hot chicken and the Pistachio crusted lamb hibachi were excellent. Service was exceptional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Will definitely return!
