Went to one of our favorite spots to celebrate a family members birthday. Upon arrival even though I made a reservation we were asked to wait until the table was available, seeing how the restaurant was very busy we were understanding and only ended up waiting a short amount of time before being seated. Once we were seated it took 15 minutes before we were even approached by a employee and then that was to drop off chips and salsa. After another 10 minutes passed our waiter finally appeared to take our drink orders. Fast forward through a dinner that lasted three hours due to slow service we were very disgruntled and disappointed by our experience.

The food was delicious! Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable, but not necessarily proactive in ensuring drink refills or other needs. We would have ordered dessert, but he didn’t even ask! (Just brought the check)

Place nearly empty at 6p. Employees were attentive and friendly. Food was good but not great. Drinks were good. Piñata was a blast!! Treats were delicious

The drink, the Swirl, I ordered at the bar looked nothing like the picture in menu and did not taste very good. The Bartender was not customer friendly either. Then, when we got seated on time. Nobody waited on us for almost an hour. I had to stop a waiter at another table behind us to get some service. Although he was not our server, he waited on us and apologized. He bought our mediocre food out immediately. My guy asked for hot peppers and received some chopped up green peppers after asking 2 different employees for them. The food was edible but not worth the money at all. I was really DISAPPOINTED. I heard good things about the food but that was not my experience. I had better food and drinks at Pepe’s and other authentic Mexican restaurants. I regret we didn’t go somewhere else.

Worst service I have had in a lone time. Sat for a long time. Appetizers were wrong, new one came after main course. Worst filet I’ve ever had extremely chewy had to cut into small pieces just to eat. Table was never cleared. Had to stack dishes 12 inches high just to make room to sign the check.

Food was good, service was good, however even though we made reservations we still had a long wait time so there was no point in the reservation. Hostess was a bit rude when we asked about the long wait with our reservations .

Service was absolutely horrible and the restaurant wasn’t that busy! We had to stop others just to get the attention of our server the entire time. On top of that food was COLD. We were so over it we just packed up and left
