Uncle Julio’s on Keller Springs does not honor reservations made on Open table. We had a reservation, which I showed to the hostess, and were told we would have to wait for an hour with an infant as they no longer use open table. If that is true they should not be listed on the open table app. They wouldn’t even work with us. The food at this location isn’t worth an hour wait.

Saturday night you would expect to have sufficient servers to take care of Saturday's crowd. It took 20 minutes to get drinks, another 10-15 minutes to have server come back to take food orders. Food arrived in normal time and was very good. However, service made the experience unfavorable.

First time at weekend Brunch-absolutely loved the menu! There were 5 of us, we got seated quickly, we all got a different brunch item and everyone loved it. Only drawback was the woman who made our tableside guacamole looked very sour while doing it-but it tasted great. Will be back for brunch!

Once we were seated we reached our “water”. The waiter then walked away to check on other tables and probably didn’t come back until about 10-15 mins. We ordered the Guadalajara and the lunch nachos with steak. My parent also ordered two margaritas which took a while to come out also. The food took about 35+ mins to come out. Me thinking okay it’s lunch time I definitely understand. I started to notice that tables that were seated after us received their orders before we did so I began to think. So here comes our food. After looking at the fajita meat I could tell the order was wrong. I order medium well and they brought out medium rare. And the food was room temperature. So the manager comes over and states oh I will bring you another plate but it will take longer bc if the shrimp we say “no problem”. side note: before the manager came over I took a small bite of one shrimp. When the manager came back I notice he did NOT remake the food however he just put the meat back on the grill and it was still luke warm. I was so upset. This was my dads birthday and the service that we received was terrible.

Great night with all the family. Had little kids with us and server was great. Didn’t seem annoyed at our craziness at all. Food was delicious. Kids loved the chocolate lovers piñata.
