As always our experience was amazing. Sad to hear this location is closing. I sincerely hope the owners will move Manager Scott to one of the other locations. Good food is not hard to find in the city, great service isn’t always as easy to come by and Scott and the team gave great service! I hope to see the team in a new location or on 9th.

Lukewarm all around from the greeting, to the table, to the service, to the food. Lackluster and not as great as it once was. Needs some polishing to get its shine back.. Sorry, we used to love this spot.

Quality of the steak doesn’t compare to top steakhouses in NYC, yet the price was the same. Wouldn’t recommend. Service was very good and ambiance is fine if you like old and tired.

We've been there once before and it was great. This time... just meh. They had to make four steaks to get it right. I ordered a 12 oz. NY Strip--my typical go-to steak. Done medium. Came out rare. And it was 40% fat. So they make me a new one. Comes out... it looks a little larger but I cut into it... rare again. But oops! That wasn't my steak! That was for another table! Then my steak comes out immediately afterwards. Much less fatty. Still a little under-cooked but I ate it. So they wasted my first steak. (1). Gave me someone else's which I cut into so they couldn't serve (2). Gave me my correct steak (3). Gave the other table their correct steak (4). And after all that they didn't even say let us comp you dessert for your son's birthday (which was part of the reservation). Nothing. So even though we wouldn't necessarily be going back anyway, we're definitely not going back now.

Started off our evening with an incredible Manhatten and a vodka martini. Paul is a Bartender that has skills with cocktails from years of experience. You can actually have a conversation at this bar and Paul enhances your time with knowledge and humor. The steaks and sides are topnotch and don't think that a steakhouse can't make an incredible fish dish. Their Flounder with brown butter and macademia nuts is outstanding. Service is first rate--attentive but relaxing. Scott who takes care of the front of the house will make sure your experience is a memorable one. Go enjoy this true NYC delight.
