The restaurant had a great look to it, very nice. Staff was friendly and gave great customer service. Food was OKAY. Appetizers were better than our entrees. A little pricey for how little we enjoyed some of the food. Probably wouldn’t come here again.
Richard is outstanding in managing the Uncle’s staff in every facet.
The food was so very savory. We had steak and lobster, Uncles seafood pasta with marinara sauce and jumbo shrimp scampi. You must also try the fresh steamed clams with their super tasty broth.
I think the location of Uncles is convenient if you want to have a nice sit-down meal in the Aiea or Pearl City area and the inside of the restaurant is very new and modern. Service was patchy but Jaylene was a great waitress. Food was alright. For a seafood restaurant the variety is limited and when reading the menu, nothing really stands out. Of course you can look online for fan favorites but nothing that I ordered was really over the top.
Great staff. We didn’t have to talk loud to have a conversation. Wait service was very attentive. Slack key guitarist was great. We loved the music.
Food was good, value okay, great service. Not sure why we couldn't make a reservation for 11:30 so had to settle for 11:15. The restaurant was very slow at 11:30.

The food and service exceeded my expectations. Portions were much bigger than I anticipated. Live music was a nice touch and just the right volume.
Love this place.
It was a lunch reunion of three brothers who have not seen each other much over the years and are now aging. Fortunately the place was not crowded and we had our choice of tables or booth. Food was very good and service was excellent. Oddly, my OpenTable reservation was not on their list, but we had no trouble getting a table. Have been to the other restaurant at Pier 38 and found this location roomier and like it better.
Best when you reserve seating arrived 5 minutes late but table was still available, excellent service!
The only disappointment was the Japanese cheesecake. It was dry and nothing at all like what I’ve had at other places. The entrees were all excellent. The atmosphere and service were excellent also. Plan to return to try other entrees and other desserts.

The crab cake salad - the crab cake was room temperature- was expecting a hot crab cake with the salad . The dressing however was very refreshing and great tasting.
The rest of the food was great and the fish was so fresh.
Found on line and booked. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent. The food wonderful. A definite must go.
Had lunch with my family at Uncle's Pearl Ridge. Food tasted great, portions were good and the atmosphere was a nice touch. Service was good and our waitress helped us take our group picture and gave us some comps for our birthdays. I would highly recommend Uncle's and we plan to go again!

Was told they don’t have time to look at Open Table’s requests. Forgot requests, refilled drinks only once. Overpriced. And asked for pasta as starch option and it was just a small bowl of unflavored pasta noodles.
Another great experience at Uncle's. I made a reservation through Open Table and even though we were early, we found a seat very quickly.
I ordered the crab bacon avocado sandwich with French fries, sashimi bowl, and the Uncle's fried combo. All cooked nicely and the fish was soft and fresh. The crab sandwich had a very strong white pepper taste, which overpowered the crab taste, so it didn't taste like crab at all.
Prices ranged from $20-25 for the meals that we ordered. We had a couple of waiters serve our meals. One waiter was very quick with providing our meals, but did not consistently ask who ordered each meal and just placed the dishes in front of the closest person.
I took away one star because of the fact that they didn't do anything for special occasions. At the Nimitz location, they provided free dessert for the special occasion, but even when I asked the waitress, she said that she would tell our waiter, but that was not communicated.
I do like how spacious this place is, compared to the Nimitz location and parking is free and plentiful. Recommend for a family meal.

We were surprised at how empty it was on a Tuesday night! Last time I was here during the week it was mobbed! The service was excellent as we were their only table for awhile! Fish and Chips were great as usual. The fish tacos were delicious but the chunks of fish were a little large and the salsa was unremarkable. Tried to spice it up with hot sauce but a good salsa would have made all the difference! Will definitely return.
Lunch with my friends from Oregon was very pleasant and enjoyable! We were seated in a comfortable booth. They enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Our server was very kind and helpful. Thank you!
1st time being here, and will return. There are many dishes i'd like to try.
Yes we had a great time celebrating my birthday. The food and service was great. Even the manager helped with my birthday cake by providing and lighting the candles. They also sang happy birthday with us. After that the manager sliced and plated piece of cake for everyone in my party.

The food was delicious, a lot of flavor. Maybe it was just that kind of night, but we waited a for about 20 minutes before our waiter arrived.
Service and atmosphere was awesome! Ordered the fish and chips, didn’t care for the batter. I love Ohpa and this was over cooked. Coleslaw was bland. I love Uncles at pier 38, this was my first time at Pearlridge and so sorry to say was disappointed with my food. Server was awesome. I will be back , I usually love this restaurant.

Our server was very good and Uncle's is a very nice place. The couple we were with said their meals (Salmon/Fish Tacos) were delicious. My fish was a bit well done for my taste, but the flavor was still good. My husband's Miso Butterfish was not good. He had had it at the Pier 38 Uncle's where he loved it. The Beet Salad was excellent.
