Always have a great time at UMIYA. I always make reservations online for the weekend. So, you don’t have wait for an open table. Best time is after 9:00pm the late night menu for $21.99 is the best deal. Is across the street from The Palms Casino which has the best AYCE Lobster buffet at $79.99 it is not cheap. The last time I visited was New Year’s Day had to wait 2 hours but it was worth it. The only thing I got was nothing but lobsters, crab, shrimp. So, if you visit Las Vegas Umiya Sushi. AYCE, The Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar Palace make reservations and you may be waiting 1-2 hours on the weekends.

This is the only AYCE sushi place I come to. From birthdays to normal girls night out, this place will always be my go to!

This is our favorite sushi place, however now it’s the second time we’ve been here where there’s a girl who comes by and takes the plates who reaches over your food and takes them while you’re still eating. Doesn’t ask if she can take the plates, she just takes them. We still had sushi or appetizers on the plates a few times and she would go to reach for them and I’d have to ask for her to not take them yet, and she would make me remove the sushi off of the plates and place them somewhere else. While you have food in your mouth. The first time it happened I let it go, and maybe thought it was just a weird experience as we’ve never see her before. We frequent this place often, but now this is the second time it’s happened and really made my family and I feel uncomfortable, and unfortunately this was my kids first time experiencing sushi at an actual sushi restaurant and they didn’t have a good time.

I've dined here many, many times. On this occasion I tried the late night all you can eat menu for the first time. Whilst the menu is smaller than the usual AYCE menu, most of my favourites were there and at half the price, it's amazing value. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and everyone I've taken there has been impressed. Service is efficient with orders being placed by the servers on a tablet so no confusion. Can't recommend this place enough, I love it.
