On our menu you will have the choice between our signature chirashi and our Lunch Omakase.

We exclusively serve raw fish.
All our guests are sitting at the counter facing the chefs for a nice experience.

Perfect lunch, delicious wine and getting to watch lunch prepared by the incredible and creative team was amazing ☺️ The best 2hrs enjoying what we love best! We will be back for the Chirashi bowl next x

So very good. The new restaurant fit out is geared to their service at the sushi bar. We are lucky to have them and you should go.

Absolutely stunning experience. Our omakase chef, Greg, was lovely and extremely patient whenever I had questions about how the food was prepared. Will return for sure!

Uminono was a great experience, food was beautiful, the guys were welcoming and know their Sushi! The decor is stylish and very tasteful, can highly recommend it.
