   Comida deliciosa y materia prima fresca. La chef y el personal muy atentos y profesionales. Solo diría que el letrero del local es muy pequeño y causa confusión a la hora de aparcar. Lo recomiendo

   The location was beautifuland nice ambience, sushi was ok not spectacular. Sashimi was not as expected for the value. Service was excellent.

   I had such a wonderful time sitting at the bar and chatting with the bartenders especially Mauricio. I would go back just for the carefully curated cocktails. Sashimi was fresh and the handrolls, especially the snow crab was exceptional.

   Llegamos un grupo de 6 y nos sentaron súper incómodos en una mesa que parecíamos que íbamos a recibir una clase de escuela. Una pena porque estábamos llevando a unos amigos que no conocían el rest y nosotros si , pasamos una pena horrible ya q fuimos nosotros mismos quien tuvimos q dar una solución al respecto. Despues nos mudaron a otra mesa luego que unas personas se fueron y estuvo mejor. Una observación que deben tener en cuenta es que si el cliente pide una botella de vino debería estar en una hielera pero fuera de la mesa y es el mesonero o sommelier quien debería venir a la mesa a servir de nuevo cuando vea las copas vacías. En este caso es el cliente quien se sirve directo de la botella. Para un rest de este nivel esto no debería ocurrir.

   Sublime experience!!! Top shelf quality seafood, exquisite experience. Chef Ana is amazing!!! Kudos for being the top hand roll (and sashimi and nigiri) place in all Panamá. 11/10 would recomend.

   Had an amazing time and experience at Umi today. I cant say anything bad about the food or place. Everything i ate was absolutely spectacular
