Amazing food and the staff are always really helpful and friendly and are very knowledgable, sizzling hot plates are so filling! Honey soy chicken is to die for from the small plates section. Honestly the best place to eat in town

A little slow to get us seated, but the Asian Afternoon tea was really good: interesting combinations. There was also a sushi offer, which we will try on our next visit.

The starters were lovely (gyoza and salt + pepper tofu) but the main courses were disappointing. We asked one staff member what 'mapo' meant and she told us it was cheese but we googled it and its a hot and spicy sauce. Ordered that Mapo Tofu which was OK but lacked flavour. Got the seaweed poke bowl which was expensive (we know the seaweed isn't that cheap) but the portion was tiny and it was so disappointing. Had many poke bowls before and this one lacked any interesting flavours and should not be classed as a meal, but maybe a starter. Our mushroom bao never turned up even though we mentioned it 3 times. We got some tofu bao too but they were massively overpriced. Won't go back.

Excessively expensive. A portion of chips is £5 for the kids. Will go again food was good but price exorbitant.

Insane food, fast and friendly service. A shame it’s in Eldon square, would’ve been nicer for staff to seat everyone on the inside of the restaurant and not out in the shopping centre. Will defo return !

We were welcomed in a very pleasant manner and shown to our seats. Dishes we weren't familiar with were explained clearly to us and recommendations were made. The portions were very generous and hugely tasty

The food was lovely and the staff are great. There is a good choice for vegetarians with Coeliac disease (somewhat niche i know...).

The staff were very good. Not knowing Newcastle at all, we hadn’t appreciated before going that the restaurant is in the food hall of a shopping centre so we we’re rather disappointed. Food was good but the wine wasn’t what was listed on the drinks menu.
