From being greeted by the hostess to the service received by the waitress and all staff the service was amazing. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and is a nice date night option. We ordered Wantanes de Cangrejo that were very tasty especially with the sweet and sour sauce. The Camarones with Shrimp was very good, crispy with a smooth sauce but not really worth the cost in my opinion. The Jalea was good, but not out of this world. I requested a spicy sauce that made it better. The Lomo Saltado was tender and great taste. Overall the food was good, the Pisco Sours were also good but the experience was pretty good with the great service.

Delicious food, beautiful decor and great service! Happy to have this nice restaurant in the area now and we will be back with more friends soon to try more of the menu dishes!

Peruvian restaurant withan asian fusion and very good quality bar and drink menu. Pisco sours of different varieties with good pisco and flavors. The conchitas a la parmesana were cooked very well with a slight twist in flavor with a cream rather than molten cheese but tasted very good with the lime juice as well. the ceviche is good but needs to be served with abit more lime juice and spice ( aji) to bring up more flavor and chilled. The tiradito which was NIkkei was more a tuna sliced rather than corvina or lenguado slice thinly but tasted very good. The desserts are very good moist flavorful and fresh and not too sweet but great to the palate.

Me and my wife made a reservation ahead of time for my birthday celebration, I was really excited to try this place, but they canceled my reservation just one hour before—so they could prioritize larger parties. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back. Don’t trust them to honor your booking.

May 17 I had a reservation at Uma . I was excited to experience this new restaurant. I reserved a week before knowing that an event was going to take place here . On the day of the receptionist took a while before finding my reservation 😳afterwards she told our party of 3 that they could only offer us outdoor seating due to an important event . I was never given a choice when reserving and the seating times were very open . Due to the heat and humidity in Miami Florida I declined . After debating she offered us an indoor table but only for an hour . We felt very Unwelcomed and she glanced at us as if profiling us and also as if we were interrupting with the event in which they were expecting “important guests “?? No matter how good the reviews are they were very unprofessional with us . We have no interest them a try .
