    Not a person to complain but I unfortunately i did have a bad experience here. I booked a table on the patio for my birthday at 8:30 pm, unfortunately on the way there my uber driver was aggressive and harassing my friend and I so we left the uber and were dropped off on the side of the road (on lakeshore blvd w and british Colombia rd). I called right away and informed them that I was going to be 15 mins late, knowing there’s a 15 min grace period and I was told to call back if we end up being more than15 mins late. I was also told that being late will eat into our dining time which I was totally okay with. After basically being left on the side of the road, I called again and informed the staff that I might be more than 15 mins late and they just told me the same thing (timing will be taken from your dining time and we can’t guarantee a spot on the patio) which again I was okay with. Luckily, we got there exactly at 8:45 pm and as we got in the host or “manager” was on the phone for 2 mins so when he got off and I told him the name the reservation was under for he said our spot was taken and we have to wait. I was confused as we got there within the grace period. Eventually we just settled to wait for a patio spot, we were offered free prosecco. When we got to the patio and ordered and shots but they both took 1 hour to arrive and everything was cold, as if they reheated it in the microwave. The patio area was also empty and there were many spots open. I informed the general manager and he was fine to cover our bill which was obviously nice but overall disappointed with the host on the phone and their tone of voice. Service was horrible other than the general manager being accommodating. I wouldnt recommend

    ULTRA really impresses at first glance: beautifully designed spaces, from the bar to the patio, with a vibrant and stylish atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, which made a great impression. However, the night had its challenges. A broken A/C meant the space was uncomfortably hot despite the use of temporary units, and the music—while lively—was loud enough to make conversation tricky. The biggest letdown was the food. For the premium prices, the quality felt average—not bad, but not memorable either. All in all, ULTRA has the vibe, the service, and the setting. With a few key improvements, it could deliver an experience as good as it looks.

    Service was terrible. Booked a patio table. When we arrived, they said it’s still wet from the rain so they will seat us indoors and take us to the patio after. When I pushed to be seated on the patio, all of a sudden it’s dry. So he lied and didn’t want us to be seated on the patio. Definitely felt he was prejudiced. Server didn’t even introduce herself. She was doing everything for all the other tables except take our order. Food was good, but honestly the worst service I’ve experienced. I’m assuming it’s because they automatically take a 20% tip on Friday-Sunday. Would not come here again and would not recommend.

    Ultra was a relatively pleasant experience for me as a first time customer, with the staff being pretty attentive and friendly the duration of my visit. I stayed in the Golden room and found the furniture plush and spacious, as was the entire room. The food was tasty, although it was not entirely unique or unusual. I had the wagyu dumplings, Ultra fried rice, and tuna tacos for appetizers; Kung pao, peppercorn steak, and duck salad for mains. Sharing the food with my company was quite pleasant and sparked conversation over what we thought of each dish. Drinks were fine, I expected a little more from their mocktails (being the designated driver) but enjoyed my No-groni with my meal. In the same breath, the dessert menu was standard fare and I enjoyed a pastry with cream filling (of which I cannot recall the name). Overall, I enjoyed my time at Ultra, but recognize that perhaps I am not their target audience with the lavish interior and live DJ, as I much prefer I slower and toned down experience. 3.7/5 stars, I would return if invited back, but would likely not pick again of my own volition.

    Beautiful rooftop patio with fresh garden vibes and DJ playing music in the evening. Food was fresh and portions were great. Excellent cocktails-I recommend the Ultra Spritzer. Definitely recommend!

    My husband and I went to Ultra for Summerlicious. The food was delicious. The service was great. The space is beautiful and has a nice vibe. After dinner we went to their patio on the top floor. What an amazing patio! Highly recommend you try Ultra and their patio this summer!
