El sushi está rico, el atún bueno sin ser el mejor que he probado, la atención es buena pero les falta poner atención al detalle, por ejemplo en mi reservación pide que cumplía 10 años con mi esposa y nadie hizo mención en esto , nisiquiera tuvieron algún detalle especial, de hecho nos querian sentar en la barra, así que le dije al hostess , es mi 10 aniversario , necesito una mesa como pedí en mi reserva, está muy caro para lo que es, sinceramente pague 1850 pesos por dos personas sin vino y es súper confuso el tema de que incluyen el 15% de propina pero aún así te viene un campo para pedir Tip. Deberían no incluir el 15% y uno dejar propina según corresponda el tipo de servicio.

UKAI was our favorite restaurant at the Conrad property - so much so that we not only visited 3x over the week we were there, but even canceled our reservation at the Michelin level reservation on site to dine here for our last night. Omar is the head chef and he made our experiences no less than magnificent each time. He has created traditional and seasonal incredible tastes - all fish is fresh, high quality and so delicious. We usually don’t order rolls (more so nigiri ) but we did both here and couldn’t stop - the ceviche roll is one we came across by chance, and it quickly became our favorite - we ordered it 4x! We will definitely be back, especially for UKAI. Thank you Omar!

Other than the outrageously high beer prices.... Nearly $20 for a single bottle Asahi... We really enjoyed our dinner at Ukai. The Salmon and Miso was delicious, as was my spicy salmon roll, my wife's spicy tuna hand rolls (not on the menu), and the lamb.

Unlike our other dining experiences so far at the Conrad Tulum where the service was lackluster, Ukai was amazing in every way. Our servers were attentive and the food was amazing. Shibuya roll was a highlight, as well as the nigiri in general. Fairly priced as well. Best dining experience at the Conrad Tulum, and it’s not even close. Highly recommended.

Great service and big menu. Good for business meals or a romatic dinner. Food was good - some of the sashimi didn't seem as fresh as it could have been but still very good!

We came here on a family trip and the service was so fantastic. Our daughters felt so special and loved all of the options available to them. Thank you for making it a relaxing dining experience for us all with amazing food.

Is a bit over priced. AC tempature is extremely cold. Take a light jacket. Food is good, ambiance is nice. I have a problem with the security guards at the complex entrance other restaurants in Conrad Hilton let them know in advance of our reservation to have quick access. Unaki did not never answered my request and there was a long wait to ñet us in. Not a pleasant experience due to the security staff qt the complex entrance.

The sushi chef is amazing and takes such great care in preparing the dishes. The truffle kampachi was to die for!
