  An ugly oyster specialty. We upset our food suppliers because we don't buy hundreds of pounds of processed frozen potato food - you know, the junk they call "french fries" at other restaurants. Instead, we fresh cut to order the largest idaho potatoes we can get our hands on, deep fry them in peanut oil, lightly spice them & serve to you piping hot!
