Food was very bland and tasteless. The tempura was extremely oily despite me sending it back to the kitchen twice. I do not recommend coming here at all

we specifically stated we had a reservation through OT, and would NEVER have even thought of going to this place without the earnings of points. We have not gotten points to date. The service was terrible, slow and more focused on socializing at the register. We had to get up and leave our table to ask for take home bag we had already asked for 20 mins prior and get check to get out of there.

Location is great - concept in theory is great, but experience isn’t. Food isn’t fresh (bad salmon and rolls are all “pre-made”) and the service was quite lackluster. The only upside here was that if you have a vegan eater in your party they do serve daring chicken. There are 10 other good udon options to try in Miami over this spot
