   The plus is there is no corkage. The negative his dinner is a bit rushed like you’re at a very fancy camp situation but the food was very very good!

   The staff and the kitchen went far and beyond to cater to our needs (we are mostly plant-based). The dining experience was out of this world. Delicious and decadent!

   Our stay was lovely but the food options need improvement. Dinner options were overcooked, dry, and lukewarm. Dining was a disappointment in an otherwise pleasant stay.

    Wonderful service, attentive staff, and delicious food. They were kind enough to bring a bowl of plain pasta and fruit for my toddler. I appreciate the warmth of the place, the cabin-like feeling, and overall vibe.

    I was please to learn that the dining room at UCLA Lodge is open to the public again as long as they make a reservation. The food is always pretty good except my Mahi Mahi was a bit dry last night. The dinner is soup, salad, choice of non alcoholic beverage (excluding soda), choice of main course and a dessert for $34. The staff is extra friendly and was very accommodating to me with my service animal. My waiter was very "brand new" as there was a large group being served in the next room. He was very attentive and followed all of the "points of service." He could use some practice pronouncing the descriptions of the food but again he was "very new." I recommend as a nice change to the other offerings here in Lake Arrowhead. Peace.

    Meals are all prefixed, mass Produced. Taste was 2/5 stars. Steak was over cooked. Soup over salted. Right before dinner service, the staff was boisterous in the dining room. No customers present inside, all waiting outside in lobby but def within earshot. Staff was openly discussing their complaints about customers, cursing very loudly and inappropriately. Openly cursing as if they were at each others homes. Very hurtful to hear as a customer, since they clearly did not enjoy their jobs serving to customers like myself. Breakfast staff not friendly at all, actually rude and just seemed not to want to be there. Dinner staff very friendly and attentive.

    Food was fresh and delicious and our waiter’s service was nothing but superb! Did have some noise from a toddler’s cry next table but it’s a family resort after all and didn’t really bother us. Will hope to be back again!

    Salad and soup were fine. We had the ribeye steak and just way to fatty. Next time will have the chicken. Our server summer was great and she really helped make the evening more enjoyable.

    The setting for the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge dining room -- we sat outside -- is just gorgeous. The food, which is prix fixe, was delicious and served in large portions, from the steak to the chicken to soup and salad and dessert. No alcohol is served, though you can bring your own bottle of wine. COVID precautions were carefully observed and I saw tables being deeply cleansed after parties finished and left. The only two things that could be improved would be the speed of the service and the absence of heaters on the patio. Everything else was wonderful and I will gladly return for another meal.

    We really liked the food and it was priced appropriately. Inside seating is available when its cold and all food is served in to-go containers with no table service. You also have to go to the vending machine to get a soda. Also be aware they don't serve alcohol so its BYOB.

    We had a great time. The food was fantastic and the ambiance of outdoor seating with the heat lamps and view of the lake made for a fun night. Our server was so nice, helpful and gracious. We will definitely be back!

    All the dining is outside for now with very good heaters and pretty lights. The staff is wonderful - very friendly and helpful! The desserts are amazing too as well as the chicken parm and the trout! I did not know there is no beverage service from the bar as yet and they said it would have been ok to bring our own bottle of wine.
