    Absolutely LOVE going to to Uchiba. The best dinner in all of Dallas. When you go, you must ask for Andy! Always the place I recommend to people when they visit Dallas!

    The food is remarkable. Every dish was beautifully presented and exquisite in taste. We were so very lucky to have Our server, Zach, who was entertaining, engaging, well-informed and very well-prepared. He organized a terrific on-the-spot “tasting menu” that was unforgettable. No sushi wil ever be the same

    Had a fantastic time at Uchiba with my friend Kristen! The food was delicious and the drinks were on point. We decided to go during happy hour and it was a great choice. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was top-notch. Can't wait to visit again for another delightful dining experience.

    Always one of my favorite restaurants but our food was not staged like it normally is so we got everything all at once and our server would disappear for long stretches. Food was excellent as usual though.

    My sister and I had such a memorable experience dining here together. Uchiba celebrated our milestones along with us and even wished us upon arrival. Our server was able to answer questions about ingredient sourcing and elaborate on the visiting chef. The service was as meticulous as the dishes themselves! This is my second time dining here and I know I will be back again for to celebrate more life occasions! Thank you

    We’ve dined many times at Uchiba and this was by far one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Every bite was delicious and truly amazing. I’m still thinking about the 72 hour short rib, the bite of roasted eggplant the crunchy tofu roll. My wife is a big fan of Bao buns and the pork belly Bao was the best she’s ever eaten. The drinks were also great; the blueberry pie cocktail truly smelled and tasted just like the the real thing! Delivering all the amazing flavors was the service, which was truly special. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and made the experience even more memorable. Although it’s very expensive I can’t wait to have the opportunity to dine here again!

    I have been going to this place for years, and it’s my favorite place. Until now. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience and will never come back. I’ve already shared that the customer service is terrible. Sad, because it was so good for the the last 4 years.

    Great experience as always. We even had our newborn son with us and the team was really kind and accommodating. We love uchi and will always come back! It was my first place I wanted to go after having a baby and not being able to eat sushi or drink alcohol for nine months!

    This is my favorite go to spot! Especially during happy hour! Everything is chefs kiss. The servers and bartenders are always attentive and kind. A must go to when you’re in Dallas! 10/10

    Food was incredible. The Tuna sashimi, seam bream nigiri, and shishito peppers were my favorites. I would recommend not sitting at the bar because the waitress we had was not good at all. My friend ordered a side of rice and it took almost 10 minutes for her to get it.

    What a great find, coming from LA, always a little worried we'll be disappointed in Asian food in Texas, but since I've eaten at Uchi in Houston a couple times, I was pretty sure Uchiba would stand up and it did!
