Uchi, "home" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. A delicate balance of elevated food and impeccable service, Uchi offers non-traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Uchi in Scottsdale creates a memorable experience every single time. Our most recent visit to Uchi was to celebrate a birthday. Everything about the experience was flawless, from the service to the ambience and most of all the food. Uchi is tops!

Our 2nd time there. Both times were excellent. Both times our server was fantastic! I can’t recall our first server since it’s been a year. But we had Phoenix and she was wonderful. Knew the menu and gave us a great down on it. Thanks Uchi for making our anniversary special!

This is the place to go to get a proper education in Sushi. Uchi understands culinary excellence, and you might as well go full send and get the Somakase at the Sushi bar. The new head sushi chef Paulo is fantastic, he recently curated the perfect evening for my wife and I, and we always learn something new when we dine here. Highly recommend. Don't be afraid to order something you have no idea about.

Amazing dining experience - Uchi checks the boxes on all levels, from ambience to food & beverage! Service is on point. First time in and we were blown away by the presentation and taste of every dish brought out! Delightfully delicious!! Will definitely back!!

One of the best meals we have ever had! The Omakase being on the happy hour menu was a game changer, so happy with our decision to have dinner here!

If I’m going somewhere back to back they’re doing something perfect. The patio in the back is incredible. The food and service perfect.
