Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s, Uchi, is open in Miami. Chef Cole's signature non-traditional take on Japanese food has delighted guests from around the world since its original location in Austin, Texas since 2003.
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

    Overall, very caring service and staff. Food was presented nicely. However, food was just okay.

    Drinks and Food tasted great! Sushi pieces came out in a weird order, so it was a bit hard to enjoy each pairing, or remember who ordered what. The server didn’t come back and check on us so we were there for 2 hours. The server did send us a hot rock for the inconvenience (the Wagyu was amazing!), but did not come back to check on us after that. Transparently, the Menu is a little hard to read in terms of what presentation the food will come out in. Mushroom rice with the gyytoro was amazing and madai crudo with Asian pear was the best thing we ordered.

    No espresso or diet coke… also it smelled a lot from the meat and hot coals. The rest was great.

    Our server Diego was top notch. Made great recommendations and the staff did a great job staging our selections so we had no more than 2 items to share at a time. I’ve been to the Austin location many times and to see the same level of service was outstanding. Highly recommend

    Great, fresh sushi. The pieces were creative. Price is high but not outrageous. Reminds me of Nobu before it became and franchise and went down the drain.

    We love the West Hollywood location and this one had the same vibes as the Dallas location but the food was def second place compared to the West Hollywood location. Nonetheless we’ve never had bad food or bad service at any Uchi location!
