   This is the first time we’ve dined here and felt the service matched the quality of the food. Usually, we feel the atmosphere is a little snobbish, but the sushi and flavors are so incredible, we put up with it. This time, server Eman, was over the top! She not only made us feel valued and welcome, she treated us to one of her favorite dishes. Thank you Eman for giving us the best experience we’ve had at Uchi!

   We were lucky. First time there to try it. Our server was young girl Jamie. She is very friendly and most importantly Spend enough time to explain us. Whatever question we had. Food is great. Not cheap. But you get what you pay for👍

   OMG! OMG! OMG! Not only did we get the BEST sushi in Denver, we got our favorite seat at the counter AND our favorite sushi chef! The sushi is so amazing that I can't find words for it! Every bite is a party in your mouth! Our server Amy is amazing! This is not your run of the mill sushi restaurant. This is an experience for the senses. True, it's not cheap but more than worth it. We will definitely be back!

    Uchi was delicious. The food was delicious, everything we got we loved. Nigiri, cold tastings, hot tastings, sushi, dessert. It was all amazing. Our server was very helpful with explaining the menu and recommending items. The portions are small but the pricing reflects that. I thought it would be more expensive but was pleasantly surprised when our bill came and it was $193 for 3 beers, 2 bottles of wine, 6-7 plates of appetizers/specials and a dessert. Definitely recommend this place for a trendy atmosphere with tons of amazing seafood.

    So fun!!!! Love this restaurant! Except they MUST bring back the scallion pancakes. We were so disappointed without them. Dinner was wonderful though! Eggplant sushi and kale salad with quinoa and Asian pear are to die for!

    The best meal we've had in Colorado, one of the best we've had anywhere in the past six months. Eric was incredible, and every single thing we ordered was better than the previous one. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area!

    Our favorite restaurant in Denver. Incredible dishes and incredibly consistent. Restaurant runs seamlessly and they are always packed. Pricey for sure but worth it for the quality of ingredients presented.

    A night out while in town visiting my son, service was impeccable. All the food was delicious- everything that was brought to us was described in detail and delicious , would definitely return great valet service too.

    The food was spectacular. However, my friend asked for a wet towel and the waitress responded: maybe you should go to the bathroom and you wash your hands, and my friend told her that thank you but a wet towel was going to work, 5 minutes later the waitress literally brought a paper towel soaked in water and throw it in the middle of the table. Which we thought it was pretty funny but… highly rude and inappropriate.

    We got the omakase experience and it was incredible! Loved being surprised and tasting things I usually wouldn’t order. Service was some of the best I’ve experienced in Denver. The server even gave me a free Uchi cookbook for my birthday! We definitely will be back.

    My husband, myself, and two friends went for our anniversary dinner on New Year’s day. The service was good, but a little slow. We felt like we weren’t given updates on when our courses would come out. Our last course before dessert came so late that we were not even hungry anymore. it would have been nice to have been given updates on when courses were expected to arrive at the table. The food was great. The options are tasty and interesting. The mushroom fried rice is a definite must try!

    We had a large party and had our waitress create a menu for us rather than do the special omakase new years menu. It was AMAZING! Two of our party are vegans and said their meal was by FAR the best vegan meal they have had in all of Colorado.

    This is an incredibly consistent group of restaurants. I have dined multiple times in the Denver, Dallas, Austin and Houston locations and they are equally special. The attention to detail doesn't just apply to the food. Hai hospitality is so good that the servers are given tips of preferences for returning guests. It makes you feel like the company values your business. It is little things, like extra pieces at dinner or small Christmas gifts in the mail that remind you that is isn't just about great food.

    Before this dinner I would not have considered myself a person who enjoys sushi. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and, upon our waiter’s suggestion, decided to do the 10 course tasting menu. I figured I would just let him have anything I didn’t like. I cannot overstate how blown away we were by every course. Every single thing was delicious and fresh. The service was also attentive and accommodating. The experience completely changed my mind about sushi. I would highly recommend this to anyone celebrating an occasion or just looking for a place to get a really nice dining experience.

    We went for our anniversary. The food was delicious. It was busy but the noise levels were fine for conversation and the servers were very attentive and our server was very helpful in guiding us to the 6 course tasting menu. Can't wait to go back with friends.

    We like to go to Uchi for the happy hour as the prices can be quite steep. We ran up a pretty good bill for the 5 of us even with happy hour prices-we do pick a couple of items from the regular menu as well. Everything was outstanding. I think the crispy rice with short rib was quite a small portion so would probably skip that next time.
