We are currently open for limited indoor dining, outdoor dining, and take-out. All of our outdoor dining options are currently tented. Although our tent is partially enclosed and heated, we recommend planning and dressing for the cold. We are currently able to take a very limited number of walk-ins. If you choose to walk in, please plan to sit outside. As seating is limited, we plan for two hours per reservation, but please let us know if more time is desired. Should you be running late please let us know, we will hold your reservation time for 15 minutes.

Very unique cuisine with delicious food and super friendly staff.
Sushi was ok our roll was fishy not as fresh as we’d expect. Dessert was the best I’ve ever had!! If you’re looking for cocktails and dessert definitely recommend.
This place was great for a veg friendly date night. Our server Fred was very friendly and helpful. He had no trouble picking out a curated tasting menu for us complete with different sakes. Each dish was unique and had flavorful. The tempura tofu was an incredible experience. The yucca nachos and tempura winter squash were also highlights. We weren’t served a bad dish. Dessert is an absolute must! The paired wine was fantastic. We were quite warm in the outdoor tents they have assembled complete with a phalanx of gas heaters.
Excellent food. Did the 10 course Omakase. Let our server decide and he picked 9/10 that were outstanding. It is very pricey (~$160/pp with 1 or 2 drinks added) and each of the 10 items were on our bill individually priced, so there seems to be no break by doing the 10 course Omakase. I’d suggest just picking as many as you want or ask for suggestions.

Love Uchi best sushi in Denver
Nigiri was super over-priced and TINY! They hid mediocre fish beneath “specialty” toppings.
They had to reschedule our Valentine’s Day dinner due to cold weather but we’re nice enough to give us a $25 gift card. The food was incredible.
Our waitress was ok and our sushi was just ok. Overall I believe this restaurant is overhyped.

Our new favorite Denver sushi restaurant! Hope they bring another location to the Vail Valley. Service was great and informative. The menu was extensive so we’ll have to come back a few more times to get a taste of everything.
Wonderful experience as always! Very accommodating of dietary restrictions. One of our favorite items was missing from the menu, but everything else was delicious and we got a chance to try something new.
Uchi is one of our favorites. Their Valentine's Omakase was the best meal we've had there, they really knocked it out of the park. (Except the oysters.. they were on the fishy/briny side). But everything else was absolutely outstanding, the dessert was phenomenal and we kept thinking about it for days after.
I really enjoyed the food! But felt like I experienced a few microaggressions from our waitress.

Uchi Denver is one of the absolute best fine dining restaurants in Denver. The staff is always amazing and the food is some of the most creative and delicious in the city! If you want a flavor bomb from start to finish I recommend the 10-course Chef's tasting menu.
Birthday dinner was amazing.
We had a fantastic meal in their outdoor tent. Ordered the 6 course omakase ($50pp) and added on some nigiri and wagyu you cook on a hot rock. Spendy, yes, but worth it. And the service was very attentive.

This was our first time at Uchi and it far exceeded our expectations. We decided on the 6 course tasting and the chef's were able to cater our meals with our vegan and gluten free diets in mind. Every dish was delicious, creative and perfectly spaced out. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We cannot wait to go back. 10/10 would recommend for a special night out!
We have eaten sushi at restaurants but we ate nigiri and rolls. We had no idea of the variety of dishes available. We ate here for our anniversary and we were treated like a king and queen and we’re treated to the Uchi salad when we asked about the garden in the roof. We will try Uchi again in the future at the location in Austin near our home. Wonderful.
Always good food and service (which would be expected by the price). Pleasantly surprised by the serving size--seems like they have gotten bigger since pre-pandemic (the last time we dined in at Uchi). They were also cool with our dog, which we appreciated.

Love Uchi! They knock it out of the park every time. Beautifully composed dishes and always creative.
The food was good but the service was terrible. First time in. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to come over. She came over maybe twice our whole time there. We even asked several other waiters who seemed to all just be standing around doing nothing for help but they didn’t. They food was great but portions are small. Too bad service was so terrible.
Our dinner was amazing. We told Fred what we liked and he was able to accommodate us beautifully. Every dish had so many unique aspects with the best flavors. Highly recommend
food is incredible. You can't go wrong w/ anything on the menu. Service was a bit flustered, often couldn't hear the descriptions of what was being served. Would have liked that to be more intentional because I think that's the fun part of going to a restaurant like this where food is more creative. Otherwise, fantastic experience & I would go back.

The service was absolutely impeccable and the dishes were explained so well. The food was very good but I thought for the price there would have been a little more variety and quality. Overall a place I would highly recommend and a great date spot!

Uchi is my favorite restaurant. I was happy to see how well they have the space set up to handle indoor dining during the pandemic. I have also gotten take out, but some of my favorite dishes like yokai berry, kabocha tempura, cauliflower tempura, and zero sen roll are best when eaten right away.
Uchi was the best dinner my husband and I have had in Denver! We went for his 30th birthday and tried so many amazing things, we were both blown away and will be back!
