A more refined version of what is being served at Denver’s popular Sushi Den. Closer to a Nobu experience than any other competitor in Denver. Pleasant and knowledgable waiter. Great food alltogether.

Uchi is simply spectacular. The food is sublime and the service is attentive but low key. I've eaten at Uchi twice and each meal fits on the top ten meals I've ever had. Since I'm a teacher and can't afford super expensive meals, I go to Uchi during happy hour, which is ridiculously affordable.

We loved everything we ate. The bold clean flavors were refreshing. We sat at the Sushi bar and Anh provided us with a great experience. The Fried Milk and Jasmine Cream dessert were the perfect touches to end the night.

Amazing experience! We just let our waitress pick the food for us. She kept bringing shareable dishes until we decided to stop. The food was really good, a lot of different flavors and textures and really creative.
We are coming back for sure!

Uchi never disappoints. I’ve been to every location multiple times and the quality and creativity of the food is outstanding every time. I did feel a little rushed tho s most recent. Is it which is unfortunate. Otherwise perfection!

We were very excited to try Uchi because our friend raved about it. We were told the restaurant was fantastic in Texas. It was definitely very busy, we waited at the very small bar for our table. There wasn't room to sit and have a drink, so we stood waiting for 30 minutes for our reservation. We ordered something from every category of food. We had 6 dishes that were all terrible. The hama chili yellowtail left us gagging. The rest of the courses were only marginal at best. Very disappointed.

Food was good, but not the best sushi I've had. The service was ok, but the pace in which the food came out was terrible and slow. This part was so bad that it made the whole experience pretty mediocre.

It was our first time at Uchi. We had heard a lot of good things and it did not disappoint! Our server, Nooni, was phenomenal and the atmosphere was trendy/lively. It is expensive and on the smaller side as far as portions go, but go for happy hour to try and taste several things and get a feel for their menu! I will definitely recommend this spot to people in the future.

This was the most incredible food I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating when I say I almost cried at one point. Best fish I’ve ever tasted. It just melts in your mouth. Extremely creative dishes. Even the avocado dish that they brought out blew my mind. I really could go on forever. Best Japanese food in Denver HANDS DOWN. Might even say best new restaurant.

After having Uchi in Houston, we were excited to see it here in Denver. From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed and accommodated. Taking our drink order before we got to our table and then handing our valet ticket to the front so that our car was waiting as soon as we walked out. Service was impeccable. Food was AMAZING. What a treat to have here in Denver.

Must try. Gyutoro. Brussels sprouts. Hot rock. Sake toro. Fried milk. Season cocktail.

Had a fantastic time at Uchi Denver. Made a reservation to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and we really appreciated the extra attention and kindness of the hostess, server, and sushi chef. We sat at the sushi bar so it was fun to interact with the chef as he prepared our food! The prices on the happy hour menu are great!

Had some very good dishes (Hamchi Crudo, Fried Milk). But, the portion sizes are very, very small. The food also took awhile to come out. Overall, try this place out, but just keep in mind the portions are small and not cheap.

Uchi is great. We had a wonderful time. Service was nice. They were there promptly when you wanted and gone when not needed. Food presentation was wonderful. Portions are small, but this isn't your daddies sushi restaurant. Flavor and temperature combinations were unique and well thought out. My only recommendation would be to include some moderately priced french burgundy. The cheapest bottle is 175 dollars. First, it was fantastic. But you can easily find many in the 80-125 range that could fill a big gap.

We had an incredible experience. I took my husband out for his birthday and we tried their tasting menu. The service was quick and the staff was very attentive! It was above and beyond our expectations. We were still a tiny bit hungry after the six courses so we ordered some more sushi, which was fine. And the dessert was divine! Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had! A little expensive but it was definitely worth the experience.

We had heard a lot about Uchiko (sister restaurant) and were excited to try Uchi. It is definitely a "hot spot" and was very lively! The service was excellent - exactly what you'd expect from a higher end foodie restaurant. They were great about telling the table what dishes were vegetarian and allergen free based on our group's needs. the cocktails were delicious, and so was all of the food! Highly recommend!

It's a interesting spot.

Uchi extracted Japanese cuisine form, with one of the best fusion twists add to it.

Top notch ingredients, combined with very bold seasoning, created a indeed impact on my taste bud.

Must try: Kinoko Nabe

It took the form of traditional Japanese Kamameshi, formed a very wholesome and flavorful pot of rice cuisine. Mushroom & the gyutoro makes it a true umami bomb.

Great Sake selections served with traditional woodbox, on point.

It's quite pricey but i d say it's a worthy experience.

I've heard alot of rave about Uchi and it def. lived up to the hype. We sat at the sushi bar and let the sushi chef take us through an omakese type of evening. We we really enjoyed the experience and most rounds we were raving about. Very good experience and we can't wait to go back again.
