   I hate to say this but unfortunately the food was terrible. The service was great. The waiters were very attentive. We ordered guacamole with toasted grasshoppers and pork rinds as a starter. I didn’t mind the grasshoppers. In fact they were the only flavorful part of the entire meal. The pork rinds were not crispy and the guac was filled with them - large chunks of pork fat. Pork rinds and quac simply don’t go together. I also ordered a whole grilled lobster which was fine. It came with rice ans beans. Neither of which was seasoned. The rice was moist and flavorless and the beans seemed to have been dumped from a can and warmed up. My wife ordered chicken which also didn’t have any flavor. We tried a number of restaurants in Tulum while we were there and this one had the worst food of them all - not to mention that it was expensive. The location is beautiful and the place has a great atmosphere but they need a real chef.

   Amazing dinner and great service! Loved the ambience and setting. The carnitas were delicious and the staff so friendly. 15/10

   Wonderful meal, excellent service. Our waiter came up with a great idea for non alcoholic beverages, and guided us to the best things on the menu.

   Expect to wait, even if you made reservations. The service is very unorganized, however, the drinks are great, the food was good (especially the guacamole and ceviche) and the atmosphere is cute and intimate.

   We were seated and first looked at QR code to order dinner but it was hard to choose using cell phone so asked for menu...we ordered...first food from time we sat down was 45 min. We finished dinner 1h and 45 min after sitting down and the price for one class of wine was 375 peso...or about $20...and the glass was 1/3 full and red wine was from refrigerator when poured. We decided not return for lunch or dinner although we are staying more than a week

   Small and intimate. Staff was wonderful. Convenient to beach and our rental. Inside lovely hotel. Highly recommend

   Our waiter was very nice but had to apologize many times due to slow , over an hour, kitchen service, however he was not very experienced; he thought the short ribs were rib eye steak, and they were served cold as if they came out of the refrigerator . My Caesar salad and pibil were both excellent, on a positive note. The prices were outrageously high and not worth it.

   Location was fantastic. Right on the beach and very quiet. Menu was great for choice. However, the scallops were overly chewy and my meat, although ordered medium rare came out dry and well done. The other dishes were better.

    This restaurant is great! I have been dissatisfied with hotel restaurants in the past, but this one is an exceptionally good experience! Their meals are wonderful, full of flavor and each dish distinct! The traditional Mexican flavors and dishes meet a gourmet presentation, attentive staff and excellent ambiance in this place in paradise. You can even choose to eat with the ocean waves before you!! It truly brings the phrase heaven on earth to life. And I hate to read reviews that have no constructive criticism so I can only criticize the annoying and inconvenient company of the ants, whom unfortunately are local, and wouldn’t even get their feelings hurt.
