This is a charming little place with tasty and interesting Asian-inspired dishes. Portions aren't huge, but prices are reasonable for the level of quality, and I found the service to be attentive, patient and kind. I think the best way to enjoy a menu like this is to get a few things and share them. During my visit, there was surprisingly good background music, which was low when I arrived, but I was actually relieved when they turned it up a little, because the tables are quite close together and I really didn't want to hear the young woman at the next table casually boasting about her boyfriend the trader who takes long unnecessary flights to achieve a higher "status" with the airlines. But don't let that scare you--this is a great addition to the neighborhood, and I will definitely be back.

Totally wonderful in every way.
Substitutions available and the service was warm and accommodating in this funky neighborhood find! Class A food in a surfing shop!

Tygershark was extremely accommodating to my flight being delayed a few hours, moving my reservation an hour later.

That said, by the time we arrived (8pm) they were out of multiple menu items (4 of 14) and two beers. The kale entree was quite spicy despite not being marked as such (more spicy than another that was). Finally, one starter dish was never delivered. They offered to serve it after we had entrees but we were very full already.

So, bonus star for moving the Sunday night reservation but otherwise an ok but forgettable experience.
