TWO urban licks
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm
Really chill spot and great food...long wait on the valet service and no self parking which sucks. When you're ready to leave add another 20 minutes for your car...
The ambience of the restaurant is amazing. It is a very impressive space and can be a lot of fun.
The food is great. We had a vegetarian and a pescatarian with us, which made ordering more difficult than I anticipated. The pescatarian was able to eat a variety of things on the menu, but the vegetarian had surprisingly few options. Most of the vegetarian options were just modified menu items which would have originally come with meat. We were overall happy with the food; they have excellent presentation and the creativity level is brilliant.
Due to the noise level, we did have a miscommunication with the host staff, which caused us to be seated 45 minutes after our reservation. The miscommunication was partly our fault, but a small adjustment to their procedure would be helpful.
They never disappoint !!!! 👍🏾
Great meal and great experience.
The food lacked flavor .. you got a lot of food but for the value I think it was over priced.
Wonderful evening out for dinner with friend. The food and the service was excellent.
I love the ambience! The food was delicious and it was not too loud at all!
DO NOT eat here if you have to be gluten free. We read that the chef was able to accommodate and that the manager actually had celiac disease, so we were excited to try. When we got there our waiter actually told us they could give us some gluten free options but he would suggest us leaving. We should have listened. My daughter has been sick ever since.
Got an item added to my check I didn’t order
Everything was good, our server Cain was excellent. The area we sat in was a little smoky.
Enjoyed the food and drinks. Waitress didn’t check on us as often as we felt she should have, but still overall great time.
The ambience of this restaurant is amazing. The food was good but not amazing so that’s why I gave it four stars . The cocktails were delicious. The service was very bad for us at first. It took almost 50 minutes just to order dinner from when we sat down at our table. We got drinks and then waited almost 45 minutes for our server to come back. After that it got much better which means there was something causing it but we didn’t even get a “sorry it’s taking long, or I’ll be with you soon”.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience at Two Urban Licks. Cool atmosphere, excellent food and attentive service made our brunch very relaxing and much needed on a busy day. We’ll definitely be back!
The food was great. The atmosphere was loud. Not the best for a romantic dinner but we would definately go back.
Service was great. Waiter made great recommendations and our group of 6 girls all loved our apps and meals! Band started about half way through our dinner so it got a little loud but the band was excellent too! Great experience. Would definitely return.
It was way too dark. Food was good but portions were small. We had Oyster Appetizer, Empanadas, and Beef Brisket. Brisket should have been served with green veggie in addition to corn. Vodka and Soda was 11.00. House brand. Food was very good but portions were small, David was excellent server as were others. Biggest complaint was way too dark and tiny table, price vs portion. We sat upstairs
Having heard about this place for many years, I finally got the chance to check it out. I enjoyed it. I plan to go back again.
Get the oysters, bbq shrimp and the tequila drink(I forgot what it's called, but it is good)
I'd been on a Saturday night for drinks and thought it would be quieter during the week. It wasn't. The menu has a lot of options - seafood, bbq. I had the tuna and my boyfriend had the brisket and both were phenomenal. The lighting was dim so it was difficult to read the menu and it was very loud. There's also no parking (unless you valet), so we parked on the street and walked through the parking lots to the restaurant. A little pricey, and well worth it.
I was visiting from California and a friend recommended this restaurant. I am not the type to write reviews but the food and atmosphere was exceptional. Being a foodie with access to everything on the west coast, I was skeptical and really had no expectations. I was so delighted and loved the entire experience. It’s a little tricky finding the location and entrance, but so worth the efforts. I wish we had this restaurant in Southern California! You will not be disappointed.
The environment was nice. Nice music from a live band. The food was good. The service was okay. The wine choice is very nice.
Usually one of my tops...kind of meh tonight.
Food amazing! Service with Kane AMAZING! Atmosphere AMAZING!! 5 stars is just not enough. 4 friends and i went out to dinner to celebrate a birthday and we were beyond satisfied.
Just wasn’t impressed with the menu. Felt it was average; nothing unique.
They sat us directly in front of the pit. Way too smokey and hot. When we talked, you could see us “blowing smoke” in the sun’s rays coming through the windows! Had to take showers once we got home to get the “bonpit” smoke odor off.
Service was great. Very informed server when it came to menu and drink questions.
valet wait was incredibly long - I have never waited so long at any restaurant just to park.
the food was just 'good' and I thought the choices for vegetables was lacking.
Salmon chips are the best but these folks could really use a better air conditioning plan! Place is always hot inside.
The food was great. We ordered the burrada plate as an appetizer, and lamb and steak for dinner- both were cooked really well. My only complaint is the service. Our waitress was really nice and forgot our drinks, but she took them off the tab anyway. Also, I called ahead because it was boyfriends birthday and told the staff. The waitress even commented that it was his birthday when checking IDs but they didn't bring out a dessert or do anything for that. I'm just not sure what the point was of telling them it's a special occasion when nothing was done. Overall though, definitely eat here. Great food, somewhat expensive, awesome atmosphere.
Always loved this place and this visit did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the portions were ample and the atmosphere was fun and energetic.
Very large portions. Food was awesome! Salmon chips are always a hit!
All smiles and a good time @ TWO urban licks... helping a friend celebrate her birthday! (;
Great experience, we received a complementary dessert for our friend’s birthday. The cocktails were a little sweeter than expected, but flavor overall! I went for a Malbec from Argentina for my second drink and it was perfect. Food was just as amazing as the ambiance...“the burger” and the brisket were so good!!
The food was excellent. Had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. Great service and help deciding on the perfect sides.
Will definitely return.
Hidden in a loading dock but bursting with lively personality, TWO Urban licks is a fun, tasty and reliable restaurant for a group. It’s modern take on Southern Dishes and excellent cocktails have me coming back.
Everything about dinner was excellent! The only exception is the noise level is extreme. I guess this comes with being a very popular establishment. It made it very difficult to have a conversation with my fellow diner. This is an excellent restaurant for group dining where a quiet intimate atmosphere is not necessary. The Briskit was outstanding in both taste and serving portion!
The food was incredible, however the service could have been just a bit better (the server was just inconsistent). Other than that I would recommend this place to ANYONE! The food is the best!
This place is a go-to for my wife and I to celebrate special occasions. The menu is extensive and the food, divine. We went recently and our waiter, Caine, was so polite and energetic and made the meal a great experience.
The smokiness of the restaurant's a bit of a distraction, but the food is solid and the location can't be beat (we did a 45-minute post-dinner walk on the Beltline).
I recently enjoyed dinner and brunch at 2 Urban Licks. Great service and good food. I dined with 2 different groups, and each occasion exceeded my expectations.
Always a great time at Two Urban Licks! The beef brisket is to die for!!! Try the donut too! Delicious!
Seated fairly quickly with our reservation for a party of 8. Food was wonderful, great service. But I do smell a little Smokey now that I’m at home.
We had to wait 25 min after our on time reservation arrival for our table to be ready. Once seated we sat for another 20 minutes before our server greeted us and took our drink order. Service was very slow the entire evening. A side dish was brought to the table 10 min after receiving the main course.
