Since launching in 2014, the mechanics have been torching culinary experiences with pop-ups and events from L.A. to Abu Dhabi. Known for deconstructing classic dishes and reconstructing them into signature “Gastro Tanks", Gastro Garage is not only a tasteful culinary experience but also visually invigorating.
