Mount Vernon Lager$6.50
A pre-prohibition style lager. All malt, light hopping and super clean. This beer bears the name of the building it's brewed in. Prior to being the site of Two Rivers Brewing Company, the building was known as the Mount Vernon Hotel.
Colonel Left Eye IPA$6.75
Our flagship IPA. A perfect balance of gritty hops and sweet malt. Hopped with Mosaic, Chinook, Citra, & Cascade. Our IPA bears the moniker of Eastonian and Lafayette College grad Colonel Charles Wikoff who lost his life leading the charge up San Juan Hill, an action generally attributed to Teddy Roosevelt.
La Fayette$7.00
A French style Saison brewed with grapefruit peel and crushed white peppercorns. Light, citrusy, and highly carbonated to bring out dry effervescent yeast characteristics with a slight pepper finish. Named after Marquis de Lafayette, who selflessly served in the American Revolution.
Getter's Island Pale Ale$6.75
American style pale ale, kettle and dry hopped with Mosaic and Cryo-Pop blend. Notes of sweet citrus and grapefruit pith. Named after the little island between Easton and Phillipsburg which is named after Charles Getter, convicted of murdering his wife in 1833. Getter was hanged on the island twice for his crime, the rope broke on the first try. We named this pale ale after Getter's Island, because old Charlie must have been pretty bitter for the thirty minutes it took for them to get another rope.
Pine Street Belgian Blonde$6.50
A Belgian Wit lightly spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel. Named after the ladies who plied their trade on Pine Street, Easton's "Red Light" District during Prohibition.
Bankers Brown Ale$6.50
A light chocolate, caramel and coffee flavors. When we met with our banker the first time to present our business plan, we told him if we got the loan, we'd name a beer after him. Here's to you Jim!
Castel Di Lucio$6.50
European style pilsner brewed with almost 100% Euro-Pils malt and hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Light biscuit and cracker malt notes backed with soft hops to provide balance. Castel di Lucio is named for the village in Sicily where many of Easton's first Italian immigrants came from.
Gose is Gross: Pineapple Passion Fruit$7.00
Back after an over 2-year hiatus. Gose is Gross is a wheat beer brewed with salt, quick-soured with Lallemand's Philly Sour yeast and fermented with 500lbs. of pineapple and passionfruit puree.
Muleskinner 12$8.00
Our newest addition to this rotating IPA series. This version was whirlpooled and dry hopped with massive amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops. Notes of ripe peaches and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Russel's Reserve 10 Year
This small-batch bourbon offers a bouquet of vanilla spice followed by rich, creamy toffee on the palate. It finishes quickly with a touch of sweetness. Aged in No. 4 alligator char barrels and bottled at 90 proof, resulting in rich caramel and vanilla flavors and uniquely smooth finish.
