Had better meals there in the past. Service was slow had to send $60 steak back due to being under cooked. Maybe they just had a off nite.

This place is my new favorite! Don’t be deterred by the fact that this place is attached to a holiday inn, it’s top notch all around!

The steaks were fantastic. My wife had the daily special and she loved it. I had a KC strip with a lobster tail, and it was worth every penny. Then after we're stuffed from dinner, our dessert came out. It was a piece of homemade wedding cake and ice cream that was so good, even though we couldn't eat another bite, we just couldn't stop eating the cake! We had a great time, and we'll be back.

Celebrated my girlfriends birthday and everything was wonderful! We had a great time, the food was tasty and well prepared. Thoroughly enjoyed the homemade ice cream and the sparkler on the gooey butter cake.

This was our first time at Twisted tree and we were amazed. The food - salads, filet mignon, and salmon were delicious. The service was first rate, personable, professional and attentive. It’s fairly expensive, but if you’re looking for a really dinner and dining experience, this is the place for you.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the food was it is seasoned that gave me a spicy kick. Now I finished everything on my plate so it was that big of a kick and I'm a wimp for spicy food.

Love the atmosphere and service is wonderful!

The steaks were good, but we were not impressed with the sides. The crab Rangoon was lacking crab meat and cream cheese. The bread was way too hard and it was difficult to have a conversation at the table due to the noise level. I felt bad because I had picked the place for my husbands 50th.

Dined at TT during lunch on Tuesday, 3/12 with husband. We were given a comp by the generous manager there (female-NOT the male, Will) bc the food was terrible on our last visit (a little faux pas on the kitchen chef). This visit was OUTSTANDING! Not only in service but the food was the way we remembered it on previous visits (and we have had many bc we've always known the food to be excellent). We were warmly greeted upon arrival, promptly seated and our server (Ashley) brought our beverages promptly and took our order. We shared the Smoke-House Burger which so soooo very good. It comes with normal condiments, their in house smoke sauce and a large crispy fried onion ring. The meat in the burger is so juicy and flavorful (we were told they make the burgers from steak). It is seriously the BEST BURGER IN ST. LOUIS !!! You must try it! Service is excellent and the manager on site (sorry-forgot her name but she is the pretty lady with very long blonde hair) does a tremendous job of running the place and taking good care of customers. Please try this place if you haven't already! It is AWESOME!!

The food was great. Service was ok. The only problem I had was not knowing the prices of certain drinks, I don’t go out much and don’t buy certain things so don’t really know the price so it would have been nice to know the price before getting my bill and having to pay for a drink that was just as much as my steak dinner.

Everything was great other than one of us did find a hair in are baked potato but that can happen anywhere can’t help that. The steaks were amazing as well as the lobster! It was our first time party of 6 and we will be back 3 of us paid extra for the twice baked potato which was well worth it as well!

Being our first time, we went full sweep. App to Desert with Signature Entrees.
Everything was phenominal from the staff, to the food. I was highly impressed with everything we ate. Even the salad was top notch. Think 5 star upscale dining, with pricing just above a "franchise steakhouse". But this was anything but. It is now on our Top 5 STL places to eat for a nice night out.

Anthony our server was great, next time we visit we will specifically request his services.

Sidenote- Only let down was the lack of salt in the breading (we tried the onion rings, and battered lobster tail). Everything else was 110%

The Twisted Tree Steakhouse is amazing! This was our third time dining there, and I think each time gets better! The crab rangoon was our starter and it was phenomenal. Steaks were perfect and the homemade butter pecan ice cream was wonderful! I think everything on the menu is priced as it should be. I don't think anything is overpriced for the quality of food you receive. Highly recommend this establishment!

Great Steaks and Beer Battered Lobster Tails. We ordered the Caeser Salad, served family style. Best croutons ever. We love this place! Sometimes the background noise is noticeable, but not too bad. Entree includes a side. The wedding cake is a special signature dessert. This place is a real treat.

We received a gift card to Twisted Tree, a restaurant we were not familiar with, so it was a great opportunity to try it out. It is attached to a hotel, and we typically don't think of those restaurants as great ones, but it proved wrong this time. Our waiter was Brian who was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu including gluten-free options. Our entrees came with all-you-can eat salad---not a salad bar but a vegetable salad and a Caesar salad brought to the table with two dressings, croutons, and feta cheese that we could add. Both salads were fresh, and the dressings were tasty. My husband ordered the Chicken Involtini which he enjoyed very much. I ordered the 6-ounce filet mignon with a side of mashed potatoes, and I have to say that the steak was perfect in flavor, texture, and moisture. (I only wished I had ordered a larger one . . .) Even the mashed potatoes were unusually good. We were too stuffed for dessert but had an excellent experience at Twisted Tree.

We have been there I guess 7-8 times and have always enjoyed your food and service. However every time We have been there we arrive early and want to have a few drinks in the bar area, there are always open tables but we aren’t allow to set there seems to me why can’t we set there for 20 minutes, we have watched numerous times with my guests as we stand in the bar area and watch those tables go unused, during our 20-30 minute wait. I realize you are saving those tables for dinner customers, but I have heard numerous people complain about this situation. Thank you Bobby Crosswhite 314-941-6350 Twisted Tree is our new favorite Steak House, we use to go to Kreis and Ruth Chris but like your place better Thanks
