My friend and I tried the 6 course tasting menu and overall was good. We both like the savory dishes more and the lobster dish was amazing. But the service was a bit busy that night and we waited for ~20 mins to give the bill.
I ll recommend people to come if you want a fancy luxury dinner.
Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at Waldorf Astoria is an amazing experience that takes you culinary senses through a journey. From the moment that you walk into the restaurant the beautiful view and astonishing design of the restaurant will be the beginning of a great experience. From the first bites of the amuse-bouche to the last bite of the dessert every part of the of every dish is perfectly executed, the service provided by our server Sunday was unbelievable, personalize but never intrusive, highly professional and attentive. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Was a a little concerned that things may have changed since I last dined at Twist when part of the Mandarin Oriental... but was not disappointed. I did the vegetarian tasting menu and was amazed at the different textures and flavors I had a chance to partake. Always tougher to impress with a veg option compared to the regular menu but was not disappointed.. actually blown away.
Views are spectacular. Food is quite pricey, but the tasting menus make it a bit more reasonable (still expensive though!).
Attentive service from the moment you arrive. The food is fantastic and very well presented. The views of Las Vegas are also stunning. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We could not have been more disappointed. We dined at Twist a couple of years ago, when the hotel was still under the Mandarin Oriental brand and the experience was outstanding. Our experience this weekend could not have been more different. We ordered the tasting menu which consisted of truly bite size portions. The salmon in the salmon course was a rectangular piece of fish measuring about 2 inches by 1 inch. The lamb entree, was one medallion that was about 3 inches in diameter and a quarter inch thick. There was more substance in the palette cleansers between courses and the dessert courses. Unfortunately, these consisted of essentially small, sugar laden cubes of gelatinous foam. The only real substance was the bread served with the meal. We had taken another couple to Twist to celebrate a birthday, and left hungry, embarrassed, and $600 poorer and feeling unsettled that the preponderance of calories consumed that evening were delivered in sugary cubes and bread. We ended our evening eating protein bars in our hotel room.
Delicious French food.
Lots of extras with Palate cleansers and amuse bouche from the kitchen.
Perfect. Tables have a great view.
Quaint and quiet. Would definitely go back.
Exceptional creativity, wine pairings, and service. I was
thrilled from beginning to end!
Servers were super nice!
Food were delicious tho my husband wants more servings ,- he got enough bread to fill him up. Love the dessert and the cake was awesome!!
A truly exceptional experience in every aspect. It is most deserving of a Michelin star(s). Having frequented fine dining restaurants all over the world, it stands with the very best of them. I usually never leave reviews but I felt I must for this place. A “must” place to go for foodies!
Twist is easily the best restaurant in Vegas. The food, service and wine are world class. Can’t wait to go back!
This was a birthday gift for me. The lobster was a awesome appetizer. The prime rib was taste with the lobster. The service was excellent. The wine was a compliment to the beef. The view of the city and room decorations was comforting. I had an excellent time. Thank you!
This is first time to come this restaurant with my wife because our anniversary. The service and the food super good and very tasting. No complaint. Very recommended to come this place.
Ate here on my birthday before seeing Cher. I admit that I am a bit jaded since I have eaten at just about every nice restaurant in Vegas. Place was not crowded. I was there early (6ish) to make the show, but there were only 3 tables being served. The food was very good. The service was a team effort with 3 or 4 waiters rotating in. We got a table next to the windows looking North down the strip. All in all, everything was pretty good. Just didn’t seem “great” for the dollars spent. We ate at EDO gastric a couple nights ago. That was a great experience.
Amazing dinner. Service was exceptional and the food was fantastic
Expected better service and better food. Neither of those were what we expected
Saumon parfaitement cuit, moelleux.

Superb service! Creative cuisine. Well worth the time and expense.
One of the top dining experiences I’ve had! We ordered the Lucky 777 menu (7 courses with wine for $777 per person). The menu was creative BASED on that night’s wine selection. The wines are super premium- $150-$250+ per bottle. If you factor the retail value of each glass in, then it’s totally worth the price :) The dishes were delicious and creative and paired sooo well with the drink. The service was top notch and was really generous with the pouring! The passion for superb food, wine, and service was evident. I would go back to Las Vegas just for this dinner alone (I’m not a fan of LV so this is a big statement for me). Can’t wait until next time.
My favorite meal in Vegas.
Excellent service and food
Great food, outstanding service, exceptional presentations
The cocktails were scrumptious. The foie gras was excellent. The lamb was delicious. The pork chop was probably the best I have ever had.The cookies and petits fours were mouth-watering.The service was engaging ,informative, timely and courteous.Great job!
Fabulous in every way. Went to several expensive restaurants during a long trip to Vegas recently-this was the best one and the best value. Everything was just right, from the room to the food to the service. Loved it.
We always come here at least once a year. This year we were lucky to have done the collaboration dinner (Twist & Joel Robuchon)! It was also nice to actually see the kitchen with the 2 teams preparing our dinner. We love Twist and nothing has changed even with the hotel change. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband!
Amazing food and service.
Every course incredible.
way way way overpriced way way way way overpriced for what it is my guess it is losing money and will close soon
Excellent service and kitchen team. Highly recommended
This was an amazing experience. We came for restaurant week and planned to do the 3 course special. We ended up with the 4 course tasting menu. Everything was delicious and picture perfect! I will definitely be back and will likely choose the wine pairing option. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was beautiful and had so many places that would have been great photo opportunities. A lovely place to spend a special meal.
An amazing experience. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable.
Absolutely fantastic. This was my fourth dinner here. Have loved it every time.
AMAZing as always! I love LOVE this restaurant. My favorite in Las Vegas. Every bite is so different and the presentation is over the top. The “room” is gorgeous.
Staff...top of their game. What more can I say!
Every time I go to Vegas I always done at Twist. They remember me and treat me like a friend. There is no equivalent IMO. Hand over fist - better than all the other high end restaurants in town. Attention to detail separates the wheat from the chaff!
The overall experience was very good, however let down by the Langoustine fritters and cheese plate. The fritters we found were very heavy and the cheese plate, was not a proper cheese plate that one would expect of a French restaurant. Having said that, the asparagus and foie gras dishes were tremendously good, and we would return solely for those 2 dishes. The service was excellent, and the staff were very knowledgeable. Desserts were also excellent.
Truly exquisite, as always
Extraordinary. The food was divine. The wine spectacular. The service lovely. The attention to detail in every aspect of the experience made it one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time. Kudos to the Chef and his wonderful staff.
Service is not in line with where a restaurant of that caliber should be.
Maybe one of the best meal I ever had. So much talent and creativity in these dishes. Taste, products, presentation, decor and service were all excellent and exceeded our expectations. A particular thank you note for the exceptional service from Sunday/Dimanche who made us feel so welcome, and made this unique experience even more enjoyable.
My experience at Twist was over the top. Far exceeded my expectations.
The environment is beautiful and relaxing. Service was impeccable and the food delicious and well presented. We left full after the 6 course tasting and enjoyed every dish.
Would highly recommend if you are a foodie or for a special occasion. It is pricey but on par with other tasting menus of this caliber.
