The Food is Not worth paying 500 Dollar per Person
This was definitely a 4 star meal but there were like 2 others tables in the whole place which sort of killed the mood. I know it’s not the restaurants fault but it m just rating my experience.
Service really good except when they brought the canapés the guy starts describing the menu and so I can’t eat the food they just brought. Bad timing. Other than that it was pretty flawless.
Food was interesting. Which can be good and can be bad. In no way was the food bad. My only critique on the food is that the salt level could have been bumped just a bit. Especially on the duck. Like sat bains says, “always hit the exposed flesh with a little salt.”
So, in short, very good restaurant but just a good experience
Service was spectacular. I was expecting a little more on tasting menu Lucky 777, but it was good, not spectacular.
Dinner was fabulous and the staff was outstanding!
We enjoyed the beautiful food and the great service but the atmosphere was lacking. It was too bright and quiet. It felt more like a sterile hotel lobby. Needs some warmth - dim the lights more please.
Had the 6 course menu. The presentation was very special and excellent. The food was very delicious!
We enjoyed the meals-a little surprised at one dish of the five course tasting menu. Service was very nice and ambiance was wonderful
Our tasting menu meal was very well executed but not even close to the creativity shone and interesting plates presented at Reflets, let alone at Joel Robuchon across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the level of service wasn't up to par either. Waiting 6-8 minutes for empty plates to be cleared from the table is not acceptable at a restaurant of this caliber.
Very good, but not game changing, which is what I expected from Gagnaire, especially in a city like Las Vegas. Take some chances!! The beef was amazing. The escargot preparation was murky and dull. Everything else was solid, but not remarkable. The discovery wine pairing was conservative.
Well, once again, Twist blows us away! Third visit in maybe 3 years, outstanding service (Nathan) and food. Pace was perfect, not rushed. We were seated amazingly at the same window table as the times before! While expensive, we know that going in and it is worth it!
Always love the music playing (Pierre's play list!, Which he should post.... Hint hint), from Zeppelin to classic French!
Be prepared for a taste delight! We did not do the tasting menu but picked out starters and main course and Twist surprised us with some special things! One was a massive Prawn (see pic) which accompanied my sea bass.
Awesome experience and congratulation to Pierre and the Vegas team)!!
Nothing special for this high price....
Blows the doors off Robuchon..more creative food ..better taste..better price
Great service Open room could be more intimate. If go ask for table by windows
Great food, amazing service, impeccably designed presentations!
Celebrated my 62nd birthday, was overwhelmed by the services of the staff I was entertained and amazed the way they presented the dishes was excellent. I can’t even count how many course they serve till the main course was presented. I love everything they served. The bill include the gratuity, because I’m satisfied I gave extra $ tips to the server. Best ever experience.
Fabulous! Thank you!
The staff was professional and excellent!
My wife and I had a lovely meal here for our first night in Vegas. Window seating at the 23rd floor created the ambiance. We were treated to a variety of meal xtras complimentary of the chef. I loved to foamed arugula and raspberry sorbet palate cleanser. My pork chop was perfectly seasoned but a bit dry. My wife’s filet was impeccable. Only complaint was very slow service. Good thing we didn’t have big plans. Overall a nice experience. Once was probably enough for us at this location
Great service and atmosphere, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and we felt right at home. Would come back just for the service alone! Wine list had a great variety and reasonable prices. Food was stunning and so was the view. Thanks to the whole team!
Managed to score a last minute reservation for Thanksgiving. Was initially apprehensive when we found out it was a set Thanksgiving menu, but it turned out amazing! We never would have chosen turkey or some of the other courses on our own, but they were all delicious. I think this was the best turkey I have ever had. Everything was impeccable and the service was perfectly attentive without being overwhelming. Our favorite though was the amazing charcoal apricot roll with the olive oil and lemon butter. I shall dream of this combo for years to come.
Wonderful. Can’t wait to go back. Only one issue, it felt that towards the end the service may have slacked off a bit. Our server was nowhere to be found, and in a restaurant of this caliber you should not have to wait for your wine glass to be filled. Considering the cost of the wine, and the type of the restaurant, they should have been all over that. But that was only towards the end of our meal.
Everything was wonderful. Impeccable service and the food was amazing. We all did the chefs tasting menu without the wine pairings and we all enjoyed it. We were celebrating Veterans Day and they made sure to say thank you to our Veterans. If you are in Vegas and want something exquisite - this is you place.
Ambiance and service amazing. What a beautiful restaurant. Honestly the food was bland and uninteresting. At times bad. We dont mind spending money on food. We enjoy chefs tasting with wine pairing. So much fun. But this just didnt hold up. Sorry :(
My new favorite restaurant in Vegas. Better even than Joel! Food was off the charts, creative, beautifully presented, and delicious. Service great and atmosphere impeccable.
I have dined Pierre Gagnaire in Tokyo 2 years ago. The quality of the food is much better in Tokyo.
This restaurant is fine dining at its best. Beautiful presentation, different tastes and choices, great service and overall wonderful dining experience.
This was the third time that I dined at Twist. The flavor combinations are fresh and unique, presentation is beautiful, and the service is superb. I look forward to returning to this elegant restaurant again.
the tasting menu was superb almost outdone by the excellent service. ask for a window table to view the Las Vegas strip
Absolutely amazing experience. Food was beyond spectacular, the ambiance is wonderful and the service was attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
The restaurant is lovely. The interior is decorated very well and the view is amazing. The food is some of the best I have ever had. The chef came to our table and I had to congratulate him on his magic touch. The service was the cherry on top... Sunday is the server who helped up and he was amazing. So personable and on top of his game. This restaurant is a must to while in Vegas.
Incredible! Recommend the 5 course tasting menu with Discovery wine pairing. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like a special guest. Service is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, perfect timing. This is a French style tasting menu, so small portions of exquisitely prepared and presented courses, carefully paired with a different wine with each course. Interesting wines from Oregon, New Zealand, Sonoma, Chile and more. One tip is to delay the dessert course by 15 min to give yourself a chance to breath and enjoy the wine. Let your waiter know ahead of time as everything is timed carefully. We loved it!
Zen in same hotel much better with about half the cost.
Our server Sunday was incredible and had knowledge in wine selections.
Great service, food is outstanding but pricey.
Unbelievable service and incredibly finessed food. An extraordinary experience and well worth every penny.
Service, food and presentation was spectacular.
Sunday is this nicest guy I have had the pleasure of being involved in our table service at a restaurant in years. Flavors in the food are mind blowing. Had planned on having the tasting menu however the al a crate menu had so many great options. We will be back
Very goog value but not as good as the Paris restaurant
