As always we appreciated Anthony's service and hospitality! Was also great to meet Chris and talk whiskey! Looking forward to our next visit...
It is by far the most creative and exciting dining experience in Vegas. Eating at Twist is an artistic immersion for the palate and the senses. There are many amazing food options on the strip, but Twist is a true culinary experience. Dining there is not a meal, it is an event.
If you want to eat real food and feel satisfied this is not the place.
Food was delicious from beginning to end. Surprise dishes that were unbelievable. Service was spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Amazing 6 course dinner. Only thing was that towards the end of our dinner, a group of 8 guys came in that were seated right next to us, despite the half empty place. They were quite loud and should have been seated elsewhere.
My new favorite spot for a special evening with my husband! We both thought everything was perfect! Thanks for helping make our 10 year anniversary night amazing! The food and service were untouchable!
Vraiment une très belle expérience. Service et nourriture au top.
French kitchen as at should be. Perfect service and the Food was excellent. A big relieve as we visited earlier Picasso’s. Twist is far more the better Restaurant
The food is very good. We had the chef's tasting -4 choices. It was perfect size. Returning I would choose from the a la carte as desserts are not my thing
Twist was a delightful dining experience! Chef Pierre was in the restaurant that night. We were warmly greeted by him and were served an amazing 10 year anniversary tasting menu and wine pairings. Carlos was very attentive and helpful. From start to finish we enjoyed every bite! What an enjoyable way to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary!
The food was good not great it was a prearranged meal for New Year’s Eve but when the bill came for four people and it was $2700 that was ridiculous. I booked it through table in the app said that the average country was $50-$75 so I was expecting the room and I am $1000 bill.
Outstanding experience with superb and elegant culinary highlights
Very ideal experience for New Year’s Eve
Been going almost every year for 9 years and this last visit was one of our most memorable in terms of food!! Keep it up. Service is always impeccable. We love you folks. Have a happy new year!
Just incredible, by far my most admired Chef on the planet. Each dish is an explosion of taste, creative, perfectly cooked and delicious for the eyes as well. Unique moment.
The location is wonderful. The service and food did not live up to expectations. The service was ok but rushed and the food was not very flavorful. We had a long wait for our dessert and ended up skipping it all together. Overall a disappointment. The drinks at the Sky Bar were actually better than the dinner.
Best meal ever! Go hungry and enjoy every unique dish and let them surprise you. Amazing food and service! I wish I had the opportunity to see the chef and shared our outstanding experience.
Both the food and the service were great. We would go back any time. We enjoyed it
Had the most fabulous anniversary dinner with my husband here. The food is delicious, unique and beautiful. The service is outstanding. All in all it was a great time!
The price was not worth it. Food was good, wine pairing was poor for the amount of money, would not recommend the wine pairing with the pre fix menu.
How this restaurant fails to make all US top 10 lists is beyond me. Wonderful restaurant!
wonderful tasting menu with creative flavor combinations, and a great spot and view for a date night
A nice tasting menu, 4 or 6 course versions, including a vegetarian tasting menu. Creative preparation but portions are tiny. Service was average. Wait for dessert course of 25 minutes seemed excessive. Prices are elevated and wines tend to be too overpriced.
Best restaurant ever! Excellent service, amazing haute cuisine and a lovely view.
We dined at several excellent places on this trip, such as E by Jose Andres and left Twist for our last evening as the grand finale. We came here upon recommendations as well as excellent reviews we read.
We spent $500 all in, tip included, for the 2 of us and had the following:
* Autumn salad (boring, lack of finesse - the salad at Zen on a lower floor was way, way better)
* Fruits de Mer (bizarre, unimpressive, with the exception of the Oyster ice cream)
* John Dory (overcooked, chewy prawn accompaniment)
* American Wagyu, Lindsay Farm, Oregon, 6.5oz Filet Mignon (bland, boring presentation and accompaniments)
For this price point we were expecting delicious, impressive flavor profiles and competent execution.
This meal was worth no more than $150, at least in flavor and execution.
Most flavors were competing instead of enhancing and complementing. The “palete cleanser” in between plates was terrible (bitter anise flavored).
Just not impressed at all and would not come back.
Also, it’s 40 degrees in vegas right now. Why would you have the dining room ambient temp set in the mid 60’s. Extremely uncomfortable to sit for hours dining.
Amazing food, drinks, & atmosphere!
Food was exceptional, venue was beautiful, portions were generous. Service started out great but deteriorated over the evening (extremely slow and not attentive).
Excellent service; great views; fabulous food! It was my birthday and everyone was so lively and attentive and they brought a special (lovely) dessert!
Good service and ambiance. The tasting meal with 4 courses was pretty average and in my opinion did not merit a Michelin star.
Thank you for the wonderful experience for my husband’s birthday celebration.
We had a wonderful time. A dinner to remember !
My wife’s birthday and the staff treated her like gold.
Wow. This restaurant hits the mark in all respects. I read the reviews before I went. I was staying at the hotel so it was convenient to visit. I was bowled away. We had the 3 course prix fixe dinner offered on some weekdays (we had a full lunch earlier). It was amazing. Perfect salad. The best John Dory fish dish I' may have ever had. Best amuse bouche presentation I've seen in ages. Bread and butter is heaven. I think the waiter might know more about Napa than I do. The som was gentle in guiding me to a new wine (mid price range) and telling a great narrative around it. The room, lighting and art is beautiful (as is the approach thru the hallway into the room). I would have liked to sit at a window but my room had the same view so it did not bother me that we sat a tad inside that view. Overall kudos to the staff and my waiters. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Vegas assuming you want to spend time and some money. Also, they have the best decanters i have ever seen in a restaurant.
Outstanding on every front!
This restaurant has a tasting menu and the food was pretty good but for the price it should be amazing. Our lobster was slightly underdone and the waiter brought the wrong bottle of champagne. Didn’t realize it was wrong until it was too late to say anything and the price twice as much, of course!
Very quiet and beautiful spot my sister and I to catch up. Sunday was so accommodating and paired two wonderful dessert wines to match with our desserts. No detail is overlooked here.
Outstanding. Loved the foie prepared three ways, as well as the dover sole. Impeccable service in a stunning room.
Twist was a favorite when the hotel was the Mandarin Oriental. It seems as if the overall food quality has gone down since the new ownership. The service was wonderful. Everything else was just okay.
Wonderful service and tasting menu. Impressive desert list.
Upscale dining experience, great for taking customers.
Good food especially the vegetarian tasting menu.
Sunday, our server was very good and nice.
Décor was very artistic especially the plates.
We will be back next time we visit Las Vegas
