amazing vegan options! great service! lovely views! definitely worth it! will be back for sure :)
Restaurant was fairly empty at 8 pm which was ok because we expected great service.
We explained at time of reservation and to staff/waiter on arrival about serious seafood allergies.
We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. The first dish brought to us was covered in cavier and I had to ask it to be removed. The second dish which we did consume (a small gelatin square ..amuse bouche) we were subsequently told it contained seaweed and some cross contamination.
The remaing dishes were less than average. Many we tasted and chose not to eat.
The wines were great and the saving grace of the meal.
Due to the lack of people in the restaurant the numerous long conversations from our server with the couple next to us was unusually distracting. It was difficult to avoid and disruptive to what should have been an intimate dinner.
The staff did remove the cost of one of the meals and discounted the wine (we did not complain or request this) due to the mistakes on the allergies. I added the cost of the discounts to the 20% tip as the entire staff typically shares in this and rely on it.
Over all the view, ambiance and wine were worth the trip. The experience itself was not worth the cost. The lack of attention to the allergy twice is unforgivable. The kitchen here is an epic fail. Thank God for the wine and an Epipen!
There is no better dining experience in the world! Thank you Chris, Chef John, Sunday and the entire team for another amazing night! Can’t wait to see you soon!
Exquisite tasting menu.
Excellent!
It was a birthday dinner for my partner. Slightly underwhelming for a restaurant at this level. Food was ok, certainly had good and mediocre bits. For instance paid $20 dollar extra for a cheese platter received a plate mixed with fried cheeseballs and bland hard cheese. Venison was good and so was the dessert. But the rest of the menu felt like fillers rather than master pieces.
Overpriced for the quality of food. Costs are similar to a two-Michelin starred restaurant, but the food is not creative of flavorful enough
What an amazing place with beautiful design and architecture. The ambiance was perfect and the food and service was absolutely awesome.
Was bummed we couldn't get the tasting menu, would def like to come back to try it! Also felt like the waiter tried to up sell us on everything but otherwise loved it! Would come back.
Delicious. We had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was amazing.
From the moment I walked in until I left, wow. The atmosphere the waiter's the attention to detail outstanding. And the food was simply amazing. I don't have anything negative to say, everything was PERFECT.
I've been to Twist three times. It is simply inconsistent. Once it was great, twice it was disappointing. Food is very good but not great. Given the hype it should be consistently great
Phenomenal in every way. The restaurant is beautiful and open with a great view of the strip. Service is perfect and they made us feel like VIPs. A must try dining experience and worth every penny. Sunday is an amazing server and very personable.
Amazing dinner. We had the vegetarian six course and were so full. Was absolutely delicious and our waiter Sunday was a delight. Loved it.
Overall excellent experience. Food was delicious. Has the filet medium rare. Cooked perfectly as expected. Everything else was very delightful.
I've been to some of the top restaurants in the country, and this is absolutely one of them! The food is spectacular - it's sophisticated, elegant, intricate and creative. The waiter service is just as magnificent, as is the ambiance. And those views of Las Vegas from the 23rd floor, wow!
I can't recommend Twist highly enough. Bravo!
Incredible dining experience!!
Lots of variety in sensual tastes of food
with sauces and flavors!!
French at its best!!!
Great food in a great place. The awrvice could have made it perfext. Axcompanying winea were delicioua
I have eaten at Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and his Las Vegas restaurant is just as good but at a lower price. It follows the same concept, organizing the meal by the use of a series of themes. For example, the first course, Langoustine, was not just a langoustine dish but a medley of creative uses of langoustines. One of the best meals I have ever had the pleasure of eating.
Great presentation! It was an otherwise satisfying three course meal but nothing special. However, service was such as would be expected at a chain restaurant: reaching across my plate to retrieve used utensils; napkin still in a ball when I returned from the restroom; server wasn’t completely familiar with the sourcing of the items menu.
Yes, I’m spoiled. Nonetheless, I expect service commensurate with the beautiful setting and the price.
Best, most beautiful and flavor-full meal we had during our Vegas stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel warmly welcomed in a luxurious space. GREAT and memorable dining experience for our (40-50 somethings) girl's weekend trip. We dined in luxury at the Bellagio the night before and that experience did not hold a candle to Twist!!
We had the 4 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. So innovative. Things I’d never try (matcha ice cream with peppermint meringue and arugula?), but were delicious and fun!
As always we appreciated Anthony's service and hospitality! Was also great to meet Chris and talk whiskey! Looking forward to our next visit...
It is by far the most creative and exciting dining experience in Vegas. Eating at Twist is an artistic immersion for the palate and the senses. There are many amazing food options on the strip, but Twist is a true culinary experience. Dining there is not a meal, it is an event.
If you want to eat real food and feel satisfied this is not the place.
Food was delicious from beginning to end. Surprise dishes that were unbelievable. Service was spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Amazing 6 course dinner. Only thing was that towards the end of our dinner, a group of 8 guys came in that were seated right next to us, despite the half empty place. They were quite loud and should have been seated elsewhere.
My new favorite spot for a special evening with my husband! We both thought everything was perfect! Thanks for helping make our 10 year anniversary night amazing! The food and service were untouchable!
Vraiment une très belle expérience. Service et nourriture au top.
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed dinner here in January 2020. We both ordered the tasting menu, but I ordered the vegetarian tasting menu. We tasted each other’s and thoroughly enjoyed them. I am not a vegetarian but love to try vegetarian tasting menus. Honestly, it was no sacrifice to eat their vegetarian tasting menu!
The service was great. They even let us peek at the kitchen. Everything about dinner was great and worth the money.
French kitchen as at should be. Perfect service and the Food was excellent. A big relieve as we visited earlier Picasso’s. Twist is far more the better Restaurant
The food is very good. We had the chef's tasting -4 choices. It was perfect size. Returning I would choose from the a la carte as desserts are not my thing
Twist was a delightful dining experience! Chef Pierre was in the restaurant that night. We were warmly greeted by him and were served an amazing 10 year anniversary tasting menu and wine pairings. Carlos was very attentive and helpful. From start to finish we enjoyed every bite! What an enjoyable way to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary!
The food was good not great it was a prearranged meal for New Year’s Eve but when the bill came for four people and it was $2700 that was ridiculous. I booked it through table in the app said that the average country was $50-$75 so I was expecting the room and I am $1000 bill.
Outstanding experience with superb and elegant culinary highlights
Very ideal experience for New Year’s Eve
Been going almost every year for 9 years and this last visit was one of our most memorable in terms of food!! Keep it up. Service is always impeccable. We love you folks. Have a happy new year!
Just incredible, by far my most admired Chef on the planet. Each dish is an explosion of taste, creative, perfectly cooked and delicious for the eyes as well. Unique moment.
The location is wonderful. The service and food did not live up to expectations. The service was ok but rushed and the food was not very flavorful. We had a long wait for our dessert and ended up skipping it all together. Overall a disappointment. The drinks at the Sky Bar were actually better than the dinner.
Best meal ever! Go hungry and enjoy every unique dish and let them surprise you. Amazing food and service! I wish I had the opportunity to see the chef and shared our outstanding experience.
