Dine at world-renowned Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s first and only restaurant in the US. Twist will engage all of your senses, combining breathtaking 23rd-floor Las Vegas Strip views, an open kitchen concept, True Waldorf Service and a modern take on classic French, one-of-a-kind cuisine.

Indulge in a complementary vintage from the suspended wine loft. In addition, we have a private room available to celebrate your special occasion, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an artfully set table that can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Please note that all guests must be at least 13 years of age and older to dine at Twist and please kindly note the restaurant’s dress code. No shorts, beach wear, gym wear, flip flops, hats or sleeveless shirts for men are allowed.

Twist is open as follows:
Tuesday - Thursday from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Friday - Saturday from 6:00 – 10:00 PM
Sunday-Monday we are closed

While attending a conference, my husband and I had one night free. We selected Twist for the view, but, oh my! The service, food and ambiance was extraordinary; from the amuse bouche, mains accompaniments, desserts and coffee. Not an inexpensive meal, but worth every bite. Highly recommend the lobster as the bisque accompanying it was inspired.

This is the best restaurant in Las Vegas! The manager and staff are one of a kind and awesome. We go once a year to Vegas and always go to twist.

We had the 4 course tasting menu which was very inventive, and were delighted to see they had a difficult to get Pinot noir that we love. Knowledgeable staff with the perfect amount of attention to diners. Every need quickly and efficiently met, but not too much checking in. We had a memorable anniversary dinner! I’d go back in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to friends.

What a disappointment, especially when your client turns to you and says “it has been one hour and a half and we have only had two courses.” I found the service inattentive and unapologetic. The food was as much of a disappointment as the service. Who needs six different dessert tastings? The main course was impossible to cut and digest.

I was with my teen son who both of us enjoy the experience of fine dining sometimes
Our server, JC was very pleasant. He was able to take my son and introduced him to the staff back in the kitchen
He was very excited as he aspire to be a chef one day

The service was outstanding!! The food was great. There was a drink I had called "What's up doc" that must been a seasonal special as I don't see it listed on their online drink menu. If you're into scotch I highly recommend it.

I feel badly giving 3 stars but the quality of food, its presentation and overall management of the evening did not meet giving it anything more. The staff were friendly from the moment we walked in till we left. What we had issues with were the food and the delivery of our courses.
We ordered the 5-course tasting menu. Our wait staff asked us how we'd like the evening to progress. We asked for time to enjoy the courses and not hurry the meal along. He agreed. The first course arrived before we had finished the amuse-bouche (which there were three of them for each of us - I found that to be odd). Instead of allowing time to finish the three amuse-bouche before proceeding they placed the 1st course down. We tried to brush it off. But then while enjoying our 3rd course they brought out the main entree and served it. For $185/plate I found this type of service to be lackluster and unappealing. It was our Anniversary and they graciously presented us with a cake on a large platter towards the end of the service. That would have been plenty for us. But they proceeded to bring out five other desserts on five different plates for each of us. That's 11 plates on one small table for two people. It was overwhelming in both presentation and wealth of sugar. My husband and I both agreed there wasn't anything about our meal that stood out or made us think "Well that is truly phenomenal." It was disappointing.
We've been fortunate to enjoy establishments with strong reputations for quality of the food & its creativity in presentation, excellence of staff and a standard dedicated to ensuring an unforgettable evening of fine dining. We walked away from 'Twist' feeling like none of those quotas had been met. It left me feeling quite sad.

The food, service and wine pairings continue to be world class. I rated the food down slightly because of dessert of all things. While well prepared, it was comprised of four disparate parts. The mismatch could not have been prepared by a pastry chef. The desserts simply lacked cohesion. I would either hire a pastry chef or consolidate the elements of the course. I am whining. The place is awesome and the Somms are the best!

We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant as it had many great reviews. I don’t want to say that it wasn’t good, it was. My issue with the restaurant was that the food itself was good, not great. Some of the items - for instance the amuse, were just a little too bizarre. If bizarre is also delicious, that’s fine, but it wasn’t. The artichoke salad had no artichokes, but was infused with artichoke essence, and my sea bass was good, but lacked flavour. I feel like chef is very creative which is commendable, but the food has to be delicious as well. Overall, it was fine, but especially given the price point, there are too many options in Las Vegas to return when fine wasn’t excellent.

A flawless meal from start to finish. Outstanding service by all however Sunday was a stand out. He was always there to inform, educate, and guide us through our culinary journey. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing and it was superior. The only slight flaw would be the price all this perfection comes with.
That said, it is a beautiful way to spend an evening in Las Vegas.

One of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. Every item was amazing. We are already planning a future meal here for our anniversary. Every dish and detail was perfect.
My only slight objection was to the modern music mix. Classical/instrumental/jazz would have been more suiting, but I assume they are trying to be more “modern”. I found that all the more upscale restaurants we experienced during our trip to Vegas had similar playlists.

This was definitely a 4 star meal but there were like 2 others tables in the whole place which sort of killed the mood. I know it’s not the restaurants fault but it m just rating my experience.

Service really good except when they brought the canapés the guy starts describing the menu and so I can’t eat the food they just brought. Bad timing. Other than that it was pretty flawless.

Food was interesting. Which can be good and can be bad. In no way was the food bad. My only critique on the food is that the salt level could have been bumped just a bit. Especially on the duck. Like sat bains says, “always hit the exposed flesh with a little salt.”

So, in short, very good restaurant but just a good experience

We enjoyed the beautiful food and the great service but the atmosphere was lacking. It was too bright and quiet. It felt more like a sterile hotel lobby. Needs some warmth - dim the lights more please.

New Year's Eve dinner with wine pairings!! Great food and great service but it's way overpriced. It cost $2,200 for 2 persons and after 20% tip. It was about $2,500!!! We had dined at the French Laundry before but it wasn't this much!

Our tasting menu meal was very well executed but not even close to the creativity shone and interesting plates presented at Reflets, let alone at Joel Robuchon across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the level of service wasn't up to par either. Waiting 6-8 minutes for empty plates to be cleared from the table is not acceptable at a restaurant of this caliber.

Very good, but not game changing, which is what I expected from Gagnaire, especially in a city like Las Vegas. Take some chances!! The beef was amazing. The escargot preparation was murky and dull. Everything else was solid, but not remarkable. The discovery wine pairing was conservative.

Well, once again, Twist blows us away! Third visit in maybe 3 years, outstanding service (Nathan) and food. Pace was perfect, not rushed. We were seated amazingly at the same window table as the times before! While expensive, we know that going in and it is worth it!

Always love the music playing (Pierre's play list!, Which he should post.... Hint hint), from Zeppelin to classic French!

Be prepared for a taste delight! We did not do the tasting menu but picked out starters and main course and Twist surprised us with some special things! One was a massive Prawn (see pic) which accompanied my sea bass.

Awesome experience and congratulation to Pierre and the Vegas team)!!

Nous sommes allés souper au twist moi, mon mari et notre fils. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec le pairing wine. Au niveau du service notre serveur (Sunday) a été remarquable, à la hauteur de nos attentes. en ce qui concerne l’ambiance très froide peu d’ambiance manque de décoration un peu simpliste. la présentation était très bien mais au niveau du goût on ne peut pas en dire autant, nous avons été un peu déçu nous nous attendions à ce que les plats sois aussi bon que beau, nous n’avons pas été impressionné. Nous avons mangé dans plusieurs restaurants à Vegas et malheureusement nous ne retournerons pas au triste nous avons par contre adoré le catch, le bardeau, le Jean George, et notre coup de cœur Joël Robuchon. Le twist étant nouveau Peut-être y aura-t-il quelques modifications à venir
