A new Thai & Vietnamese restaurant from Quality Branded, the team behind Bad Roman, Quality Meats, Don Angie, and other NYC favorites. The menu includes fresh crudos, bright and herbaceous salads, small bites, and entrée favorites like the Tiger Prawn Pad Thai, Crying Tiger Prime Rib Steak, and Cho Lon Duck. On the beverage side, the cocktail menu features a new take on the spicy margarita and many fun riffs that will soon become signatures, while the wine list has strong French influence with entire sections dedicated to Sancerre, demi-secs, and vintage Bordeaux.

Twin Tails is open for lunch and dinner daily, across the hall from Bad Roman on the third floor of The Shops at Columbus Circle.

I have been wanting to come here for months. I finally made it, and there was no disappointment here. From the cocktails to the end, dessert everything was amazing. Definitely the decor and ambiance is beautiful and the staff / service is was exceptional.

The food and ambiance were terrific. We ordered several appetizers and 2 entrees and split them between 4 of us. The mushroom Banh Cuon Rice rolls were fantastic (savory chopped mushrooms nestled in a large rolled noodle), as were the pancakes with delectable peekytoe crab and mango salsa. The chicken satay was lovely, too. The Tiger Prawn Pad Thai was excellent -- big meaty shrimps on skewers! Our favorite (worth the splurge) was the Dover Sole. The beurre blanc sauce on the fish was perfectly seasoned, velvety and just delicious. Oh, and don't miss out on the coconut rice -- so yummy I kept going back for more!

Truly a lovely lovely dinner. We went before seeing a show and had a fantastic dinner. The staff was so sweet to our son (celebrating his 8th birthday) and gave him a card upon arrival and let him pick a toy from their collection. Drinks were creative and tasty and the menu was so fun. We shared the mushroom spring rolls and ahi tartare to start along with the beef satay, and took our waiter’s suggestion to share the Peking duck dinner. So good!! We went all in and loved the lemon cheesecake soufflé, but they also gave our son a flan for his birthday that was a hit. Truly cannot say enough about how great the whole experience was—service, food, drinks, and overall ambiance was amazing. There are so many restaurants in the city, but we will have a hard time not returning.

Customer service 0/10!!!!! They took my money and didn’t even give me my change. She was very rude before I even decided to give the waitress a tip. Would not be coming back!!!!!

Absolutely loved our time at Twin Tails. Food and drinks were delicious, service was friendly, informative, and attentive, and ambiance was stunning! Will definitely be recommending to friends and coming back.

This is the second time I’ve been to twin tails and unfortunately the food wasn’t consistent. I ordered the lobster summer rolls twice, and the second time they were so incredibly sticky as if they had been sitting out for awhile. Last time they were also served with a citrus sauce that wasn’t offered to us this time. Also the pad Thai shrimp was completely overcooked and tough, noodles were sticky, and didn’t have enough sauce on them. Still an overall good experience, but not nearly as good as the first time I went.

Overpriced for the portion sizes. It is ridiculous that they don’t seat you until everyone is there especially for a party of 2
