Minnesota's first one-woman owned distillery, located in a cozy 1920's building with old-school charm and a comfy feel. The distillery was opened in 2016, with the cocktail room opening in 2017. Due to too many health issues for Michelle (owner), we are closing the cocktail room on December 30, 2023.

We offer just a few reservable tables on OpenTable, with many more available for walk-in service.

We offer unique hand-crafted cocktails and no-alcohol drinks. We offer 375ml bottles and 750ml bottles to take home and enjoy along with cocktail kit options.

For the month of December, a new food truck this year - Cuchillo (amazing street tacos and more!) are onsite every Thursday, Friday Saturday nights. Outside are 2 greenhouses, both are available to reserve. We also have several fire pits with 2 of them available for reserving.

We hope to see you in these last few weeks!

Reservable tours (led by our amazing distiller, Ellie, are offered on Friday nights, 6pm and 8pm - $10/per person

M Vodka
80 Proof. M Vodka is a smooth spirit made by hand from 100% domestic raw cane sugar in small batches. Sweet and sippable, enjoy on its own or mixed
M Gin
80 Proof. M Gin is distilled in micro batches with a refined blend of botanicals. You'll find a less "piney" flavor in this Old Tom style spirit
M Rum
M Rum is a spirit rooted in tradition, using only 100% domestic golden molasses. Always distilled in small batches, its deep caramel flavors enhance any cocktail
M Whiskey
90 Proof. Our M Whiskey starts with a soured 95% rye and 5% malted barley spirit. To create a local flavor we do a final aging in Minnesota's Alexis Bailly red wine barrels. You'll find scents of caramel, smoky vanilla, cinnamon, tart apple and a strong hint of Minnesota Nice
Mamma's Moonshine
90 Proof. Mamma's Moonshine is a unique spirit, starting with a base of pure MN honey, it is distilled once a month on the full moon

We only went there for drinks. Service was fantastic. You got your drink within five minutes of ordering it. Every drink I tried there was very good. Would definitely go back. Very impressed.

I love Twin Spirits Distillery, and I’ve been a repeat customer for years now. Their greenhouses in the winter are Amazing, so cute. Just be prepared to wait! Both for your reservation and for your drinks.

Celebrated a milestone birthday for my mom with my two sisters. Our greenhouse was fabulous. Ordered via our phones. Staff masked, and beyond gracious, funny, and knowledgeable. Amazing drinks, beautiful presentation, fun touches. Thank you!

The greenhouses are such a nice way to go out if you’re not comfortable with dining in and it’s too cold for patios. You order via QR code, and drinks are brought (masked) to the door of your greenhouse. They even ask if you’re okay to let them in or prefer to receive them at the door. Very cozy and the staff are all very kind and helpful. You can also bring your own food. We brought dinner from nearby Chimborazo or enjoy with our delicious cocktails.

Barkeep, wait staff so inviting and sharing. Samples for customers of new drinks like Hot Girl Winter (I'm smelling it right now two days later as I type this!)

Best ever!!! They are SO kind and really have things ran well. Drinks are very creative and tasty! The greenhouses are warm and cozy and you can even request a fire pit with s’mores if you’d like. The servers are very nice and friendly. I appreciate them taking extra covid precautions as we are an immunocompromised family but still want to get out and enjoy things safely. Would highly recommend them always!

We celebrated a birthday at Twin Spirits and had a fabulous time! The drinks are delicious, Megan is incredibly helpful and hospitable, and the greenhouse and fire pits are perfect for COVID gathering. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service! Drinks were wonderful as well. Only complaint is that it’s right off of a busy road so we didnt realize there would traffic noise.
