The food was good but I probably would not go back. No particular reason other than it was expensive and I wasn't like "wow".

We love Twigs. Everyone is always so accommodating. We were celebrating our son-in-law's birthday. Our waiter was great and gave us great suggestions.

This was our first time trying Twigs. Our overall impression is Twigs has a confused identity. The lighting, table linens, etc. suggest upscale, but the music and decor suggests a less elegant dining experience.

Not up to Twigs standards. Food was mediocre. Bar Service was incredibly slow! Had finished meal by the time our second glass of wine arrived. We are regular customers and were disappointed.

My wife & I have had drinks at Twigs several times but this weekend was our first dinner experience. Very nice evening. It's a great setting -- nice bar (often with excellent local music) that gets crowded & noisy on weekends, but a much quieter dining room. Service was a bit slow on our evening but this was during one of Blowing Rock's busiest tourist weekends so I'll certainly cut the staff some slack on that. We started with the crab cake and the fried green tomato apps (both delicious) then a mahi special for my wife and venison chops for me (again, both excellent). Twigs has operated for decades and there's a reason why -- great spot.
