Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar - Vancouver
The four of us all enjoyed our meal. We were able to get a table outside, and it was a lovely day. The only downside was the cost....with a drink (or 2) each, it became pretty expensive. Still, it is a nice place to go, and we would definitely return. Our server, Madison, was excellent!
Very nice place along the river. Drinks and food were yummy.
Great place to socialize with group or one on one. I have only had appetizers and drinks all have been great.
Food was awesome. We sat outside with nice view and good service. Always had our waters filled. Great place for anytime! The Ahi Tuna was delicious.
It’s an Average restaurant. We’ve been there a few times and have tried what we want and are now looking for something new. This time food wasn’t as good as the last time. Especially for the high prices. Probably won’t be going back for awhile.
The Vancouver Waterfront is newly developed and this is a great place to see and eat great food looking out to the river and the bridges. We loved it.
The draw to go to wigs due to it's location on the river, but the food was just ok; nothing really special. Noisy due to multiple parties in the dining area. Service staff were high school age; no real focus on customer service. I booked a table for 2 and was placed in a back area right underneath the TV set; not appropriate at all. The service staff then asked me to choose another table, which I did, he then came back to say it was reserved. Odd, as similar tables were unoccupied near the doors to the outside. Disappointing. The Waitperson was pleasant, and kept checking back frequently to see if my friend and I were ready to order and to confirm that everything was ok.
The staff was very good - helpful, friendly, eager to help make our 51st anniversary dinner nice. The menu selections were good and varied. Overall, we enjoyed it. However, the noise level is extremely loud. Our table was just outside on the patio. But the very loud noise from dining room came out onto the patio and it made it difficult to even carry on a conversation. We have eaten at Twigs before (indoors the first time) and noted the loudness then. The loudness makes it difficult to have a nice leisurely dinner as it adds to a keyed up loud & very active atmosphere. Twigs is not a place for a casual relaxing dinner. For that reason, I am not sure that we will return.
Very disappointed this visit
Quite a few jet fighters taking off that day, so loud, but we had a great time.
Everything about our experience was outstanding. We thought might be too cool to sit outside. But after seated inside we checked outside and asked to move there. They said no problem and we were moved. Great spot!
Was a wonderful experience and very good service!
My family thoroughly enjoyed!
Yummy food, great service and sitting at the bar was a much better experience.
Twigs is our very favorite Vancouver restaurant. There is nothing nicer than sitting outside, looking at the beautiful scenery and enjoying excellent food and beverages. It is dog friendly in the outside seating area so a great place to bring Rover too. Service is outstanding.
We've been here several times and are never disappointed! The food is excellent and we love the location. We sat outside on a beautiful day and really enjoyed the view. It's so wonderful to get this quality of a restaurant without having to drive into Portland!
Twig is a great place to go for great quality food and service.
Lovely anniversary dinner. View of the Columbia River.
Had reservations and when I asked to sit at a table closer to view I was told it was for reservations. Explained I had a reservation she started to sit us at the table but then changed and said she couldn't change tables. ?????
Wife’s birthday. Food was fantastic. Martini made perfectly and the wine list was comprehensive. Cody our server was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend Twigs and Cody
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE. WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!
We sat on the patio and it was a beautiful evening with great views of the river. Food was delicious. Had a drink in the bar before dinner and enjoyed that too. Nice space, great bartender.
Beautiful atmosphere right on the river, but very disappointing service and food. We had reservations and guests with us. After being seated, waiting a half hour, and being completely ignored, we finally asked if we had a waiter. We were told that he hadn’t arrived yet! A kind waitress stepped in to help, but overall was not very attentive or helpful.
The Eggs Benedict/potatoes and French Toast were cold when finally served. They did not offer to “fix” our meals or compensate us in any way for the inadequate service. So sad because the restaurant and view are lovely.
Disappointing Sunday Brunch with friends - food was cold and plates were incomplete. Once our benedicts arrives, the plate looked bare. So we ask the waitress did these dishes come with potatoes - she said no. But we all read the menu and it should have been served with potatoes. Sure enough - the waitress came back a few minutes later and said it should have had potatoes on each plate and they were being prepared. So once we were 2/3rds finished with our plates - out come a little dish of reheated potato cubes. To top that off, while serving us, the waitress stopped serving to have an little 'spat' with a fellow waiter . . . in front of customers! Poor service, limited brunch menu, and cold food - not coming back there for brunch!
Twiggs has become my go-to restaurant in Vancouver whenever I have guests. Food is way above average, even for nice restaurants. Location is nice of course.
Server, Stacy, was great. Nice evening out with solid, good food in a nice location.
Second visit, second disappointment. Service is excellent, the setting pretty great but the food is sub-par for the price.
The waitress, Kayla, was outstanding and the food was very good. A nice menu as well.
My wife and I had a awesome time, it was our first time👍 Everything was a 10👏
Twigs Bistro is right on the waterfront and is just a beautiful setting. You may be seated inside or outside. Their gorgonzola burger and steak salad is wonderful!
Food and service are terrible. Such a shame because the venue is fantastic
Today was my wife and mines 3 year anniversary. Thank you Twigs for making it a dinner that was incredible. From the greeting by our host Katie Thompson to being seated outside to enjoy the amazing weather. Our appetizers were super delicious we went with the roasted brussel sprouts and the fig and prosciutto flatbread. For dinner the wife went with chicken bacon avocado and I went with the garlic pesto chicken 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. That dish is easily 5 FLAMES UP! Highly recommend this place!!
We originally started in the bar with a few happy hour drinks and while they had 4 people working in the bar at 4pm on a Monday we had a difficult time just getting any service. It was frustrating. Otherwise we moved to the dining room for dinner and had a great experience as always.
7 of us for my son’s 20th birthday
EXCELLENT SERVICE, food was perfect, drinks were delicious! Always wonderful!
Great view of the river. Planes going over head are a bit loud at times.
It was brunch as usual, the usual good food and the usual great service! We eat here at least once a week
Brunch was excellent. Sat outside on a sunny summer day and enjoyed the river view and people-watching. The food was first-rate, especially the bacon avocado Benedict’s. Wonderful service and a great dining experience.
We enjoyed a salad and pizza sitting on the patio. All done well and the service was wonderful.
Great food and very friendly service given by Taylor G. Appetizers and drinks are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone.
