Executive Chef Michael Degenhart has immersed himself in creating meals reflecting his vast knowledge and professional favorites. Chef Degenhart has reached out to local purveyors and partnered with vendors offering the highest quality products. Expect only the finest quality beef, fish and other culinary compositions.

I was very disappointed unfortunately. For the price (325.00 for three adults one child under 10 and a baby). The steaks were mediocre not worth 50 bucks! I had to send my steak back to be cooked properly, wine was not great I left the bottle. My son ordered lamb chops and claimed they were the best. For a steak house thumbs down 👎👇

Toni and her staff are very respectful and caring. We went to have our anniversary dinner and Toni went above and beyond. At our table, was a very nice card. Thank you Toni and Jason for you most loving caring service. We will definitely be back!

Twenty One Steak is my favorite restaurant in Pueblo. I am thrilled we have such an amazing place to enjoy special dinners or just getaway for a cocktail and a really good appetizer. I love bringing friends and out of state company!

Food took more than an hour to get to the table, manager didn’t offer any comps for the overt length of time until we asked — they did comp the first round of drinks finally. The food was so-so, especially for the price of the steaks, which was mighty high. Given the extreme prices, I expected more. We won’t be back.

We came for Valentines Dinner but have been here many times before… Toni is absolutely amazing. She always works hard with a smile on her face and goes above and beyond. Aside from the food always being to die for, the staff, especially Toni, just makes this place a no brainer for a beautiful dinner and an amazing time.

We love to go to 21 Steaks for special occasions. The food is ALWAYS phenomenal! The service is impeccable, as well! Everything we have ever tried, from appetizers to main meals and specials, never disappoints. I highly recommend eating and enjoying the lovely atmosphere at this amazing restaurant.

We did not receive a mention of our celebrating our 57 years of marriage. Usually they recognize special events when I let them know in advance and I did a week before. Probably not the best location for a special occasion if you want a quieter atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and the servings were more than plenty. We never did get the bread they promised. I still recommend the restaurant for their food and service..

It was our first time eating here. I found it to be enjoyable and would highly recommend to my family & friends. I wanted to acknowledge the Manager although I can't remember her name at the moment. I noticed that she greeted everyone that walked in by their names or returning customers. I don't think businesses give that much consideration to how much someone like her brings to their business. As a customer walking in and being greeted in a friendly familiar manner and made to feel important and comfortable has been the very reason I return. Sometimes it's not just the food. Anyway just wanted to say that she adds a lot of value to your business. The rest of the staff was also delightful and accommodating. I would've given 5 stars on the food but felt that the wow factor was not there. My mashed potatoes were cool and my steak was med and I ordered med rare but it was all very tasteful. I'm only adding the information about my meal because I believe in being very truthful.

Celebrated our 47th anniversary here last night. The staff went out of their way to make our night special. We ordered lamb chops and filet medallions. Couldn’t have been better. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants.

The food was amazing, everything we ate was delicious. All the staff were attentive and kind. We went for our anniversary and they had decorated the table and gave us a dessert. We will be back!
