Everyone was so nice, including James our server! We had a great time and would recommend this to everyone.
Although the food, service, and ambience were great. Both me and my daughter were very ill from the stomach immediately upon leaving which made me weary about what may of cause this sudden onset.
We went to Twenty/20 because my father-in-law was in town and we thought it might be a special treat since the menu had some nice selections on it. Boy, we were wrong! I should have known once the hostess tried to squeeze five of us onto a four-top in a totally empty restaurant that it might not be the best experience. Then there was the sloppy busboy who forgot to give one of us water and when he finally did, spilled it all over the table...twice. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive enough, but the food. Oh good lord, the food. It was awful! We could have gotten better quality food at a truck-stop diner. I ordered the prime rib medium rare and it literally came out room temperature and practically mooing still. I sent it back to have them cook it correctly and it came back WELL DONE and chewy as hell. My husband couldn't even finish his appetizer of avocado and mushrooms on "toast". He said the toast tasted like soggy King's Hawaiian Bread. The flatbread pizza was lacking in everything -- sauce, cheese, toppings -- and the crust tasted like cardboard. Now onto the desserts. The brownies were decent, but the gingerbread tasted like "an old radiator hose" as my father-in-law so eloquently put it. Never again will I waste my money going to Twenty/20. Hopefully you will heed my warning and not waste yours either!
We love coming Saturday for Chris's music!! But I have to say having John & his gang fill in was AMAZING!! Appetizers were great & a really nice atmosphere that night.

We had our favorite server Erica tonight and had excellent service as always. Food was excellent and very consistent - cream of cauliflower with coriander (very delicious), charcuterie board, and crispy Brussels Sprouts - all excellent and at our favorite table.

Food was good. We arrived before our reservation but were seated immediately. After that we were basically Ignored for 20 min. That’s when we decided to leave. Waitress came over - small problem with “front”. The restaurant was not busy -evening cold but we ended up at a table near the doors so staff going in & out to the patio gave us a breeze-of cold air each in & out. Yes we should have requested a move, but we didn’t. Stay away from the patio doors on a cold night.
Love the ambience and the food ! We celebrated my bday with friends. Everyone love their meals! With free cheesecake desserts for my bday , it was yummy! Will definitely go back again :)
I had not been here since the renovations and the dining area is very polished and sleek looking. The menu for lunch is a bit limited, but okay. Food was attractive, tasty, and they paid attention to my allergy issues. The initial greeting from the hostess can be a bit off setting - but the young lady this time actually was personable and friendly. I appreciate that she knew what I had requested and was very pleasant and welcoming. Service has always been an issue for me at this spot, can be unpredictable but this time it was excellent. Well done!

Love the class you brought to the place, keep it up with some live music, great brunch offerings or other attractions to keep the flow of high end clientele. Soon to be on the San Diego TOP list!
Maybe it was because it was Valentine’s Day and very busy but everything was just mediocre. Not bad, not great. This was my second visit. The first time was amazing all around which is why we came back. Service.. meh, food..meh. Tiny portions on Valentines menu. The company was excellent though. 😍. Still enjoyed a great night.
Service was good and so was the food. The new remodel; however, looks like a stale hotel room.
We arrived early and had a couple speciality cocktails and an appetizer. We found that the drinks were creative and tasty, however the Brussels sprouts were bland (due to modifying them to remove gluten). The service in the Bar was very good.
We were seated outside on the patio and we had a nice view of the sunset. There were a few choices to make for the valentines’ dinner. My wife started with the pear salad and I chose the scallops dish. Both were small and the single scallop was the winner as far as the starters go. And for the main course my went with the fish and I went with the beef. The portion sizes were better, however both lacked flavor and the salt and pepper shakers on the table were worthless. There was only one choice for dessert and after it was delivered I asked to confirm it was gluten free which they said yes and after few bites they came back to say it was not... I was really disappointed, because they said when I confirmed my reservation that they could accommodate my severe allergy to gluten.
We also paired each with the wine selected by the sommelier, and they were all excellent pairing just a little too small (3 oz) of a pour for the main course. The Somme did pour and described each wine, and did a great job. Our waiter was too busy and didn’t stop by very often and our water glasses ran dry often.
The ambiance was the total winner that evening, and I might try this restaurant again on a less busy day if they come out with gluten free options.
Recently renovated, lovely environment, excellent food. Highly recommend all salads, add salmon. The restaurant will blacken the salmon upon request.

Went in on Super Bowl Sunday-evening.
The crowd at the bar was very lively, which made for high level of noise. We each tried something different fro their menu and were all satisfied with the food. Their signature pork chop was outstanding. We had 2 children with us and they got their food out very quickly.
Our server was outstanding!
Would surely recommend this beautiful restaurant!
Really enjoyed the night! Started off with their specialty margarita..... Then enjoyed the Whipped Ricotta! Ended our night with their Guinness stout beer brownie topped with vanilla ice cream!!!! SO smooth and creamy like a truffle, but then the consistency of a brownie, but yet also seems like a cake. Don't miss out on that!
The servers were great and the food...wow! It was very good. The pumpkin cheese cake was to die for. The salad and Brussels sprouts as the appetizers were so good. The fish was great tasting with the sauce. everything was very well done!
A nice evening. The ambience was somewhat noisy, but we were sitting outside which was actually warmer that evening than sitting inside. The small jazz group was great.

I am wary of restaurants inside hotels. However the menu for San Diego Restaurant Week SDRW looked good so we gave it a try. Turned out quite good. The food was excellent, matched the high price, service ok and ambience just to my liking; comfortable and quiet. Mainly quiet because the place was nearly empty, not a good sign for Sunday evening, first day of SDRW. Would I go again? not on a regular night but might try again with discount next SDRW.
They made my anniversary absolutely wonderful, including comping a couple drinks, and dessert. The food was amazing, we finished every little bit!
I enjoyed my dining experience here this evening. I had not booked Twenty/20 due to the low Yelp ratings. However, while staying at MarBrisa, I was gifted $25 to this restaurant. Far be it for me to give away a giveaway. Thus, I cancelled my Chart House reservations for Twenty20.
I'm actually glad I did. The Chart House is always delightful and delicious, however Twenty20 had a more extensive menu. While I had a 6 p.m. reservation, I was hungry, so walked over earlier. Yay, to my surprise, I made it during happy hour.
I had the caramelized brussel sprouts. They were delightfully yummy with the aged cheese. I also had the truffle mac and cheese. It was okay. I was still hungry. I wasn't hungry enough to order a full dinner meal, so was hoping for a bowl of soup. I did not want the cauliflower soup, so asked for the lunchtime tomato bisque. Unfortunately, they were all out. Thus, I asked for dessert.
I had the desert flight of about 6 parfaits. This is definitely a shareable dessert! I ate the raspberry cheesecake and took the rest home.
Overall, a great dining experience. The service was impeccable, the ambience was hard to beat, and the food was good.
More people should be aware of this "best kept secret "venue

X-mas night prefix dinner for party of 5. The risotto was my main entree. Bland! Server didn’t do anything when I complained. Value was not there especially when it’s $75/plate.
Overpriced. Took advantage of holiday. I should have noticed beforehand, but few restaurant options for Christmas dinner.
Visited this restaurant on Christmas Day. We were comped one of our $65 meals because they 1. Brought out the wrong food plate because the server coded in the wrong order so I had to wait for my food while my wife ate her dinner; 2. I had to return my salmon plate because the inside of the fish was cold and uncooked; 3. Even the second prepared plate was not cooked properly but I did not want to make a scene of returning another plate, 4. My wife’s dish of Cornish game hen was not fully cooked either; 5. There were not enough waiters to properly service all the tables.
We came here for a special Christmas dinner. We had reservations, but were not given a choice of inside or patio, and they immediately sat us on the patio, but we were okay due to overhead heaters. They placed a "Christmas" menu on the table, and that's it. No price listed, no other options - only that. We figured that was our only choice, so ordered off the limited menu. The service was SLOW! Took forever to get a salad, then twice as long to get our meal, and then slow again for our dessert. We considered leaving before the salads came because it was that long of a wait. We noticed everyone around us with different menus and food choices, and were bummed we were not offered other options, since we are not usually big eaters, nor do we ever choose a 3-course meal. Our waitress was friendly, but kept joking about how we were in some weird vortex of not getting our food quickly. We were shocked when we saw the bill - $65 for each meal, plus the cost of drinks. It would have been nice if they had taken off our drinks since the service was so slow, but no luck. The only good review I have is that the place was really pretty. That's it. Kind of a bummer of a Christmas dinner :(

We love going here for our "date nights". The food is always great. Saturday nights our favorite for the live music, we've seen the gentleman play befor at another venue & we're really happy to find him again! Great combo: music, food & nice ambiance!
I always love going to 20/Twenty for any occasion. The food is always very good and the views for sunset are fantastic. Just wish they would bring the chicken dish that they have served for years back. It was very good and it was a meal that I would always recommend for our guests
Entrees were brought before salads. They took back entrees and brought salads. It turned out ok but feel this level resturant should not make that kind of mistake.
Terrible service, over priced.
Outside is a nice vibe. Inside cold and stark and probably loud too!
Won’t eat here again.
