Maitre' de is quite rude. Should be taught to be polite to the customers. Food was alright. Need to change the menu seasonally if they boast about using seasonal local ingredients.

I took my sister who was visiting from out of town to the Twenty/20 Grill & Wine Bar, and this place was a true Neighborhood Gem. The food was excellent, we had the house special and we were quite pleased. The service was spot on; they know how to time serving entrées just right. If you are looking for a clean, romantic, scenic place to take a date or out of town guest this is the place. Prices were a little steep but reasonable for what you get. I would have to rate the Twenty/20 Grill & Bar high on my favorite places to dine in North County San Diego. When you go try to get there to watch the sunset it has a spectacular view of a California ocean sunset. Enjoy

Good service but extremely limited lunch menu. Only 4-5 choices. We told them it was for a birthday and we still were not offered anything but the very limited lunch menu

I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this restaurant as they consistently post you as a "No Show" resulting in you having to do all the work to get your OpenTable points. No wonder it is empty every time you dine there.

Ok...so this is a hotel restaurant, but it's AWESOME. The food is incredible, the interior is well designed and maintained, and the service is excellent. It's rarely super busy either even in season. I highly recommend it. Don't let the association with the hotel steer you away.

Had an excellent Halibut here. Cocktails were good, but very small for the price. Outdoor patio seating area is very nice. Window tables inside are nice too. This restaurant is in a newer Sheraton Hotel.

They were very nice about celebrating my 15 year-old's birthday with his friends. The brought out sparkling cider in champagne glasses and had a nice birthday dessert as well.

My wife and I were visiting a nearby attraction and decided to stop in for lunch, following up our dinner visit last year. We had the burger and the chopped salad.

The burger was excellent, especially with the onion jam and excellent mustard. We requested it cooked medium, which was honored. The bun stood up well.

The salad was well more than enough for an entree, and the components went very well together.

Had a wonderful time - we sat outside on the patio and they provided us plenty of heat lamps to keep us warm! The hostess didn't turn on the outside light at first so it was a bit dark & hard to read the menus... but once the light was turned on, it was great!
The food and service were fantastic! Our server, Morgan, was so sweet and even gave us a mini wine tasting until we each found a wine that we liked best - was tons of fun! The atmosphere is very comfortable and makes for a relaxing dining experience.
The only concern was that there were 2 large wedding parties (one inside & one outside) and both were VERY lively.. at times, the noise volume was high but didn't last too long.
I would definitely recommend Twenty/20 restaurant!

It is hard to evaluate this spot even after being a 'regular' customer. Food is always excellent but service and professionalism (common sense) is often missing. I book reservations asking for a 'quiet table away from service areas' since I bring clients here. Love the ambiance, location and food. But . . . hostess (without a name tag) turns her back to walk away when you approach the desk, continues a conversation with wait staff about the dining experience at Red Lobster, brings me to a table (tiny table) for two next to a lunch conference with 12 people - the dining room is completely empty(??)Waiter lacks social graces with patrons and worries about collecting all the money on the table(not what is in the bill folder)but tries . .

Was very nice but hotel had conference party on patio so we had to sit inside and the group outside was rather loud. They also sat us near a kids buffet and the traffic with the Youngsters was entertaining to say the least.

Outstanding service! A special thank you to the staff. From the person who checked us in, to the servers and even the person attending to water, everyone was made aware of my daughter's birthday (which I had mentioned during Open Table online reservations) and they wished her when we came in. It made her day!

The food was fantastic! Very surprising for a restaurant that is part of a Sheraton hotel. It's next to Legoland, so there are many tourists. Unfortunately, there was a group with many small children, who were free to scream and run around the restaurant. The screaming was terrible, and the parents, of course, ignored it. That was very unpleasant. Better to dine on the patio, according to the waiter, to avoid the kids. But, it was cold and overcast that night, so no luck there. We will go back and bring ear plugs.

(lunch) Was not expecting much, nor was I disappointed. would have preferred to sit outside, but the weather was not cooperative. Given the emptiness not sure they would would have accommodated me anyway.

Food was ok but nothing to excite me. Have eaten dinner here before and it was a lot more interesting.

The service was excellent - beyond typical expectations. The food, however, was okay - I do not believe the price reflected the quality. $38 for a steak that cannot be properly prepared by the chef is incredibly disappointing.

We are new to the area and we were looking for a good Champagne Brunch location. Well we are still looking. We thought for the price that the offerings on the buffet were limited and the food was not refreshed very rapidly. We thought the buffet could have used a cheese station and perhaps some peel and eat shrimp. They were very good at confirming our reservation and seating us on time. We had a 1:30PM reservation so we paid the same price and the food should still have been available. The wait staff was very nice and the lady that was taking care of our table was quite entertaining in her bunny outfit.

Loved the venue and the food. Service was okay - I've had better here. I guess the youth of our waiter had something to do with it; no bread served until we asked . . . three times, no water refills, had to explain how to change a salad request, and lots of 'I'm not sure's' when questioned.

I teach customer service so I notice every single thing. At first the server seemed cold but I started chatting with her and she warmed up a lot. Food was good. Experience was good. Not amazing. I would go back and give it another try and would like to sit outdoors-it was a cold rainy day.

We were a little surprised by the number of children at first, but after thinking about it for a few minutes realized that it was probably the norm considering that the restaurant is at a hotel near Legoland. If you don't want to have numerous kids around, I suggest a late dinner.

As for the food, it was very good. We weren't terribly impressed by the salumi plate, but our entrees were very good, although not per the online menu (can't recall if the in-house menu had the altered vegetable listings). We had the Salmon Nicoise and the Braised Pork Shank. Both very tasty and well-prepared.

Meals were quite late along with our drinks. One meal had to be returned. The manager did discount the meal and gave us a free dessert.
I would not have dinner there again but did enjoy their "Tapas Thursday" special a few months prior to this experience.
