Twelve-Sixty Modern Pub & Kitchen
The lighting is a little dark for business though I think it’s ok for informal lunch like we had today. Food & service were both great!
Yes, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Great to watch your favorite sport, a burger and a beer!
Great place in an surprising location (connected to a Holiday Inn)
Everything went well except we were going to the theater and power went out..no way to pay my check!! Had to leave a credit card and come back afterwards to take care of everything
So my friend and I went in just to have an early dinner and chat. I got the chopped steak burger and she got the grilled cheese - my burger was very tasty however I ordered medium rare and I received it quite well done. It was still good, juicy. My friend liked the grilled cheese - i thought it looked really good. My only not so great remark (and this is a personal thing)...it is noisy (echoes) with just a few people in it. I prefer a more quiet place but it wont keep me from returning and ordering take out.
We didn't order anything special - a margherita flatbread, sliders, and a grilled cheese with tomato soup. Grilled cheese and sliders were fine. Flatbread had NO taste - like they completely failed to season the dough. The tomato soup was the strangest soup I've ever had - still not certain that it even was tomato soup. Server was professional and kind, but food came from the kitchen VERY slowly. We ordered the flatbread as a starter, but it came out with the grilled cheese, and then the sliders (the other meal) took a very long time to come after that.
Appreciated discount for theater goers. Staff anxious to please
This neighborhood needed a decent restaurant and this one fits the bill. Nice menu with a number of tasty options. Our entrees were good and the sandwiches nicely prepared. Will definitely recommend and return.
Completely shocked when we showed up and this was located in a Holiday Inn. Website images and menu are very misleading - making it look like a modern, gastro pub - it is a hotel restaurant and bar - lots of TV screens, etc. That being said - the menu has great diversity so there is something for everyone and it is reasonably priced. We were expecting a special occasion place and were embarrassed that we had our guests meet us here before the theater in La Mirada. Just trying to manage expectations - if you want a nice bar with good food, this is a great option in the area. Definitely not for a special occasion or romantic evening.
In fairness, there's not a lot of good, non-chain food choices in the La Mirada and Cerritos area. 12 Sixty food was ok, and offers at least a non-chain experience. Service was attentive and atmosphere is pleasant. My husband loved the Margarita and the steak.
Parking ample, but the spaces are very narrow. The restaurant is excellent. Great for watching sports events...many big screen TV’s, friendly crowd.
It was ok nothing special. Difficult to get to due to all the construction for the freeway. We tried it before going to the La Mirada Performing Arts.
Pleasantly surprised by this new addition to La Mirada reataurants. Quite an improvement over previous Red Robin. Ordered Seared ahi tuna salad and guest had the steak burger sliders. Both were appealingly aerved and tasty.
Great food, large portions, great service. Overall excellent restaurant. Would definitely go back for dinner or to watch a sporting event.
