Sustainability and nutritional is at the core of Twelve. There are no obvious vegan cues and most of our guests don’t even make the connection that the menus is plant-based.

Twelve is defined not by what’s missing but by what it is.

Twelve Eatery is where vegans, vegetarians, pescetarians, flexitarians, omnivores and meat eaters meet to try creative dishes in a good atmosphere with stylish interiors.

    Whilst I have eaten only healthy food for a few years I recently became vegan. I struggle to find restaurants who really embrace the full meaning and have never found a restaurant whose passion for healthy eating is as strong as the staff at Twelve. The service and food were excellent I am surprised I was able to get a table on a Friday night. I encourage both vegans and Non vegans to try this place not only for the food but also the experience.

    Having noticed that Twelve had opened for bank holiday Sunday, it was easy to decide where we would have dinner. And as always, Twelve lived up to its enviable reputation for excellence. The food was superb: from the scrummy mushroom and onion soup - which left me wondering why that combination is not more usual; the ‘ribeye’ with all the trimmings - standing tall against the A1 class ribeye I enjoyed in a top class steakhouse the previous evening; and a special, scrumptious desert of freshly cut fruit crowned with whipped lemon ‘cream’ completing the ‘guilt free’ experience. And not to forget what could be the World’s best lemonade - with blood orange - a real treat in itself. All served with aplomb by Freddy hosting front of house that evening with his engaging professionalism. Delivering such an exceptional experience is not easy. Delivering it every meal on every evening is what makes Twelve (imo) the best restaurant in Bournemouth.

    Exceeded our expectations. We thought it would be good and we certainly weren't disappointed. The food was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite! These guys certainly know what they are doing and deserve Michelin star status. Can't wait for our next visit!

    Excellent choice and excellent food. Great to have so many options. Staff were very good informative and friendly. The restaurant is very welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again. Can’t imagine there can be many vegan restaurants this good. 100% recommend anyone looking at this should book, you won’t be disappointed.

    Twelve surpassed all expectations. As a non vegan, I didn’t miss a thing, which is kinda the idea, but they offered so much more. They achieved so much from drinks and mains to desserts which all packed so much flavour. Particular mention for the dolce cheesecake…yum!! The service from all the staff was exemplary. Bravo 👏
