Excellent evening - it was a Sunday and once the crowd thinned out a bit we had a great time.
All the food was fab including chicken and sausage ravioli, tuna tartare, lamb chops and more. The only meh was a rather bland risotto. But the evening was excellent and we will go again.
We had a 9pm reservation on a Saturday evening and arrived 20 min early. They sat us right away. Our waiter was excellent. The sea bass was excellent and my date has the lamb chops which he said were delicious and cooked perfectly. On a side note, the bar area was a nice atmosphere as well and next time will also sit for a pre-dinner cocktail.
Service and ambiance were great but the food was just OK
Been there many times. Tonight the veal chop was so tough we had a difficult time cutting it. It used to be the veal chop was the best we ever had but tonight we were so disappointed that when we left my wife said we have no reason to ever go back.
Good food and service. Prices a bit high. Wish it was less expensive as would love to come back.
Wonderful decor, low level noise so it was easy to converse, food met expectations in every wsy
I happen to love this restaurant but was disappointed that when we checked in and the place is almost empty but we were taken to the very last table at the back of the restaurant Then had to wait for the waiter to take care of us.
Everything was delightful. Perfect evening and delicious!
It was a nice restaurant! I loved the decor and the ambiance. The food was good but not great. Portions were very small. I would go again but without my kids for the bar scene.
Great ambiance, excellent food! Perfect place for a little romantic dinner.
Loved the restaurant, the food was good.
But on arrival we were greeted by a young woman, who was’nt that friendly. My friend also made the comment. Don’t expect that kind of service in New York and this kind of restaurant.
Think training for customer service is needed
Excellent and reliable neighborhood restaurant for us for everyday dining and special occasions.
Celebrated our 30th anniversary at Tutto il Giorno. It was a lovely dining experience from beginning to end. Beautiful decor. Pleasant, professional management and wait staff. But the food and wine were the real stars here. The polpo appetizer was some of the tastiest that we’ve had. The shrimp risotto was delicious and well prepared. Our entrees of whole dorade and the veal chop were also expertly prepared and outstanding. We finished the meal with what was arguably some of the best tiramisu ever. All of the staff wished us a happy anniversary and made our day extra special.
Fabulous place to take the hard to impress client
Food was outstanding as was the service
Wine list and atmosphere impressed and we were able to have a conversation without shouting
Our server was terrible. He literally walked away in the middle of us asking him a question. He was extremely rushed and rude and it was not even busy as we were there very late. Awful!
Phenomenal! Thank you for making our anniversary extra special
The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was good. My husband enjoyed his pasta but I wasn’t impressed with mine. I ordered the spaghetti, it just didn’t taste fresh. The tuna appetizer though was delicious.
We loved the ambiance. The homemade ravioli special in sage butter was exquisite and the lamb chops were succulent. We definitely would recommend this restaurant. We had 7pm reservations in a Saturday night. It was a great time to arrive—just about 30 minutes before the place just filled to the brim with the buzz of a full house of happy patrons.
LOVE this place, I'm a regular at the Southampton location, and its always great. The Tribec locations is outstanding, and the service is super friendly and always on point. The food delicious !
Always wonderful here! Food is always terrific and the ambience is a luxury after a horrible day of work. An oasis. Go and escape for a while!
Great food. Unfortunately, despite a reservation we had to wait almost 30 minutes. We finally sat in the lounge next to the front entrance where we froze.
Great food and service. This restaurant has a beautiful dinning room with high ceilings. Nice bar as you enter. Food is high quality and executed very well.
The food was ok, but the service totally sucked! I would not go back!
Great menu, great people, wonderful service, nice decor.Had a very nice experience there, definitely recommend to anybody for any occasion!
William the maitre ‘d was friendly and accommodating and the waitress was flawless! A great dining experience!
Dinner was fantastic, they have something for everyone on the menu. The restaurant is cozy and elegant, the tagliata was tender and flavorful. Diverse wine selection. If we lived closer I would add this to my weekly rotation!
Went on Sunday at lunch. This is a potentially very nice place and the food is good, but the management MUST clearly warn customers booking on Sunday that they will be expected to endure an army of children with a clown. We weren't made aware of this and we may have decided not to book on a Sunday if this detail was clearly communicated upfront.
Excellent food and service. Staff was great.
Terrible, amateur service.
All around bad!
Great food great service!
Tremendous food. Always the best service - Consistent and great execution. Fun. Lively. Best in NYC.
Reushed Rushed Rushed, what happed to the fantastic service they use to have? The food was not good. I also experience this same horrible service at there South Hampton location.
My husband were recommended this restaurant by a friend when visiting New York. We happened to book for Sunday March 4 and unbeknown to us, it was the Oscars. The restaurant had been transformed; it felt like we were attending in person. A fantastic, memorable experience! Delicious wine, food and ambience. We are looking forward to returning in the summer for lunch in the garden.
Great food and atmosphere
Attentive friendly service
They did an Oscars spect evening Really well done
Entire family enjoyed.
Impeccable food, service and ambiance. Not to be missed.
Usually consistent, dependable and delicious. That was NOT the case last Saturday evening. The staff looked exhausted from their afternoon lunch, dancing & drinking events they hold each Saturday - and it was unfortunately reflected and evident in the usually delicious food . Very uncharacteristic. My eggplant appetizer came out burned - literally scorched black. Branzino entree was oversalted and over cooked the Dorado whole fish was beyond over cooked. The outside looked delicious - the inside cooked to mush. Potato’s were room temperature. The usually ever present Maitre’d William was nowhere to be found - apparently he left early - 7:30pm?? Evidently the afternoons festivities wore him out - and apparently the kitchen staff too. We will be back - just never again on a Saturday evening - which is too bad.
