Tutt’a Post’ Trattoria
My favorite Italian place in the city. Reasonable prices for excellent food.
We're regulars. Love Daniel, his family and his restaurant. So excited for the new menu coming soon. (Sneak peek)
Our favorite date spot.
Overall ok. Food is good but the space is cramped and not much ambiance.
Delicious bread!! Pasta was amazing and service was exceptional! Love the cozy atmosphere.
Found Tutt’a Post’ Trattoria in our search for restaurants near the Saban, hoping to enjoy a nice meal before a concert; and Tutt was right near the top of the list on both Trip Advisor and Yelp. The menu sounded wonderful, so we made reservations and were delighted from the moment we walked in! Daniele, the owner and operator personally took care of us; and the entire meal was amazing - even exceeding expectations for my wife who is both a connoisseur and great cook of Italian food! Still "recovering" from the holidays, we shared the Insalata Pomodoro - which was incredibly fresh and tasty, followed by the Pappardelle Gamberi e Procini, which was amazing - the pasta could not have been fresher and the flavors were delightful! The restaurant is not large and our table was right across from the kitchen, but any concerns went away quickly as the chef made eye contact and smiled, and the buzz of the staff all moving quickly while collaborating to take care of every table - I think every employee visited our table at least once in supporting Daniele and each other. Overall wonderful experience; we will absolutely return next time we're in that area, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing Italian culinary experience. Thanks & Congrats, Daniele!
I decided to try this restaurant out for Dine LA, I took my employees for dinner. Food was very good, The owner was very nice. The only hiccup was the parking which was very difficult to find a parking spot.
Fantastic find in every way..Daniel did everything one would expect from an owner, server and host!
Great food, great value and a very warm ambience...will visit again!
Excellent service! Amazing fresh bread. Flavorful and delectable entrees!
The 3 of us went there for dinner the other night. We had 3 different pasta dishes. Plus a salad and dessert. The salad and dessert were both very good. The chocolate soufflé was yummm! The best for me was the pasta dishes each was flavorful and delicious, without screaming.....
We will definitely be back, again, and again.
Thank you
Not the best food
Very nice small family restaurant! Great food, excellent service, quiet enough to talk. Perfect for pre-theatre dining or a date. Outdoor seating available.
Nice cozy place near Wilshire, great for pre-theater dinner. Food was great, as was the service!
Homemade pasta ! Have been several times and does not disappoint.
Nice cozy and friendly small restaurant around the corner from the Saban (Fox Wilshire) Theater. Perfect to eat before a show.
As usual Tutt'a Post excellent..Lobster ravioli fantastic..
Made reservations here because it was close to the Saban. Tiny place, great food & service & prices were reasonable. Gotta have a reservation though- walk ins were sadly turned away.
We had salads and wine. Both excellent. The bread! We took some home but it never made it there. We had to eat it on the way home from the theatre! Seriously, could be the best bread we ever had. Made the meal. Wait staff outstanding. Fast at the beginning, attentive during the meal and left us alone a reasonable amount of time given it is a small place and turnover must be important to them.
I'd read about this place and was anxious to give it a try. Just the aroma of the place is heavenly! Daniel, the affable owner, greeted us and served us as well. The food was unbelievably delicious. The salad (with three cheeses) was unique and fresh, and they don't skimp on the cheese! The pasta dishes were awesome, especially my gnocchi with pesto sauce. And the house-baked bread melts in your mouth. The best part is the value. The prices are totally reasonable and fair, not the typical Beverly Hills inflated prices. If I lived closer, I'd be going here a lot. Street parking is required and a bit of a challenge, so allow yourself time for that. And the place is quite cozy, so I strongly advise making a reservation. But it's all worth it for the delicious dining experience at this hidden gem.
Good service, good food. The bread is marvelous! Pasta excellent. The recommended wine was nice I will be back !
Their mushroom pockets are so delicious I keep coming back just for that!
This little hole-in-the-wall has delicious food and a great owner who is really hands-on in the best way.
What a find! Fantastic meal, superb service. Love this place!
Visited during Dine LA, had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, fresh pasta and very attentive service. Great Dine LA find. Note: it is a small place with limited tables (maybe 15 total inside and out) so I'd recommend a reservation or calling to check before you come.
We will definitely visit Tutt’a Post’ Trattoria again when we go to another concert at the Saban Theater. Service was great along with the food and only one block from the Saban.
Tutt'a Post Trattoria - is a lovely little restaurant with delicious food - some Italian dishes not often seen
outside of Italy...the service was excellent and attentive and it's a great location. I've already recommended
it to friends...a Great discovery thanks to Dine LA.
The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great - so attentive, but not over the top. Will definitely be back!
Delicious scratch pasta dishes at very reasonable prices, great wine selection, and the complimentary bread is maybe the best in the city. Also, the owner remembers repeat customers and will serve you himself. Everything about this place is outstanding!
Outstanding pasta!
Tried this place before a show at the Saban. Convenient parking lot right next door and only about a block to the Saban so it gets an "A" for convenience. The food was excellent, the service great and friendly, the chianti was inexpensive, and everything was fast but not rushed. We will surely be back here before every Saban show we attend.
What a great find! Went to Tutt’a Post’ Trattoria for dinner before a concert at Saban Theater. This was our first ever visit. Quaint little restaurant, small in size but did have an outdoor patio if preferred. Lots of ambiance. Definitely had a European type feel to it. Food was excellent. Original and portions were a perfect size. Wife and I ordered several items to share and the waiter(s) split them for us for an enjoyable 4 course meal. Service was outstanding. Friendly, attentive and helpful. Prices were extremely reasonable. We had a very delightful experience. We will be returning. Highly recommend Tutt’a Post’ Trattoria.
Excellent food, house-made pasta with outstanding sauce and meat. Very enjoyable wine, as well. Service was the best ever. Prices were in line with the quality, not outrageous. The place is tiny and the noise level grew as it filled but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
Good food in a small restaurant with difficult parking - if it was in my neighborhood I would go back but not out of my way
Tutt' a Post' is a favorite for us before going to the Saban Theatre for a concert. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. It is small and intimate and just a lovely dining experience.
Food was absolutely fabulous and they make a mean decaf cappuccino - yum!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner - very well prepared and super tasty. We had been introduced to the restaurant about 1-1/2 years ago by friends when we were all in town for a concert at The Saban. We had dinner there and then walked to the theater afterwards. So when we were back in LA from DFW for another concert this past weekend, decided to give them another try - did not disappoint. Will be our go-to-place for dinner before a show every time we’re in LA for a concert at the Saban!
Excellent experience at this restaurant!
Perfect for casual dinner before going to the Saban Theatre on Wilshire Blvd.
What a great surprise in this neighborhood ... OUTSTANDING food prepared fresh and easily modified for finicky eaters. Portions were perfect and plenty.
Recommend reservations as the restaurant is small, but just a great place at reasonable prices with delicious food.
Great authentic Italian food, good portions, with a home made family feel. Nice staff, and excellent pizza. Daniele is a great host.
Excellent food. Overall pleasant dining experience.
Nice spot, very fair pricing
