We come here once a week, and only to this location. This past Saturday we did not have the best experience. The waiter we had I don’t believe was entirely focused. He sat us in the bar area/side when we asked not to be with two small children. Service was extremely slow. We ordered dessert at the end, they brought out two kids gelato as requested but never brought our adult gelato and mt. Ryan cake. After he walked past our table a couple times we made eye contact and he said have you got your cake? I said no and it’s been 20 mins now so we no longer need it. It’s often servers are not completely checked in, but we keep coming back because Vivian is amazing! And the food is great!!

Tutta Bella has a fantastic menu of pizzas and other shareables and entrees- we were really happy with the menu choices, and drink choices. The food came with great service, although a bit under-staffed, so it took a while to place our order. When the food came it was even better than expected- we left happy!

I really want to call out Vivian. Every time she sees me she gives me pizelles because she knows they are my favorite! I find that to be the best level of customer service I’ve experienced! We’ll always come here.

First of all we were not greeted by anyone for about 5 minutes when we arrived even though several people passed us. When we got to our table, the drink glasses looked dirty so we swapped out for ones from another table. The bar tender just gave me a rude look when I told her but didn’t say anything. My order came out wrong but the waiter looked at me like I had made the mistake, no apology. My salad was the “large size” for 16 dollars but was so small that I was still hungry when I left. I would not go back unfortunately.

My husband and I visit our daughter and her family in Seattle once a year. No visit is complete without a dinner at Tutte Bella.we love the food, the service, the ambience. We feel like we're going for a home cooked meal. Tonight we enjoyed the beet salad and prosciutto appetizers as well as a red and white pizza. Delicious as always. The wine pours are generous and reasonable. It's not easy to satisfy Manhattanites but Tutte Bella always does.

Made reservations through their website. Quick, attentive, friendly service. My friends and I shared the flatbread, Caesar salad, a pizza, & spaghetti. We finished it off with the tiramisu dessert. Everything was delicious!

I would give them a 5 star rating because the food was awesome but the service wasn't great... I was going to surprise my bf on Valentine's but because they didn't know that I made a reservation for their Valentine's package, they basically ruined it LOL. Literally talked to 3 waiters and none of them knew. Still had a good time though because of the food.

We took my father out to celebrate his 77th birthday and he enjoyed his meal (and wine) at Tutta Bella very much. Our server was great and he loved seeing the pizza made right next to our table. I think he will want to return again soon.

Good food overshadowed by underwhelming service. Have been here before & really enjoyed our food & the service. We decided to return with a friend for lunch when we were back in town. While the food was still good (the bruschetta was excellent), the service just wasn't up to par & it was obvious that staff needed a lot of training in proper methods of serving, especially in these Covid times.
